great and decent price for a decent gaming head set with lights.
The speakers on these headsets are decent; not the best sound quality, but they'll get the job done. I was testing it with other sources of sound, including movies, music, and regular voice chatting, and it sounds decent. while the headband could be a bit more flexible to put on the head, and yet still hear the sounds loud and clear. The microphone came out nicely and clearly. simple plug-and-play headset and is easy to use. Love the Y splitter to separate the mic and the speaker wires for the PCS

Awesome product
My son loves the headset. Yes it des work with the PS5. No hassle connection. It fits with comfort, the color is good, and he says the audio is awesome. The headset is sturdy but still provides comfort.

Pretty good, but Some Quirks.
I'm pretty inexperienced when it comes to headsets, much less gaming headsets, but as far as I can tell this is pretty darn great.MATERIALS:The plastic headset- though it feels kind of cheap- is very light weight, which is great for longer gaming sessions! The only thing that's even "kind of" heavy is the part that controls the volume & microphone, but I don't think it would bother most people. The foam on the top, along with the plush ear cups are pretty darn comfortable. I've only been wearing them for an afternoon, so I don't know if they'll stand the test of time, but the material doesn't make your face sweat or anything, which I was sorta worried about. However, the thing that keeps the microphone attached to the headset seems to be broken on mine. It's still functional (the mic works), but I'm a little disappointed that it popped right off as soon as I pulled it out of the packaging. I'm not sure if it's just a flaw in the design, or if it was "cheaply made", but either way I had to use tape just to keep it in place so that it doesn't "dangle". (I may have to use stronger tape later down the line, but whatever we had around the house seems to be working just fine. Everything is so light weight, so it's an easy fix.)TECHNICAL STUFF:I've spent hours on YouTube watching "mic tests" to compare & contrast different headset microphones, and I have to say that this is definitely one of the better sounding ones. Even when compared to the popular Logitech headset, the microphone quality on this one is so much better! This key component is what pushed me to buy this headset in the first place, which is ironic considering mine was sorta broken, but it still had same sound quality. (If it had broken completely, I probably would have had them replaced or try a different brand all together)The USB cable (for the LED lights) is a little tricky if you're using it for the PS4, and the headphone jack is a little tricky if you're using it on PC. Let me explain:The headphone jack plugs into the PS4 controller perfectly. I was worried that I would have to buy some kind of adapter, but it's pretty much just plug & play once you've adjusted your audio settings on the console. However, the controller does not have a USB port, so in order for the LED's to light up, you have to plug it into the console itself. This can be a problem because the place where the wire "splits" is way too close together, so unless you hold the controller a few inches away from the console while you play...then it's just not going to work out.As for PC, it is possible to have the headphones & USB plugged in at the same time. However, my PC requires that the headphone & microphone jacks be two separate things, so unless I have some kind of connector splitter thing, then it's just going to be a regular pair of headphones. I already have a USB standing mic, so I'm not too worried about that, but it is something to consider if you wanted your headset to multitask. The Sound itself has a lot of bass. It isn't always necessary, but I actually don't mind it since I prefer to have heavy bass when I listen to music anyway. My ears are completely surrounded too, which is great if you have weird-shaped ears like I do! You can still hear some outside noise though, so you're not completely "cut off" from the real world. Some might find that as bad thing, but I think it's great in case you need to pause the game and go check on whoever is calling for you in real life.CONCLUSION:All in all I'm pretty satisfied, and until the more pricey brands come up with a better sounding microphone, I may actually buy this again in the future, especially if they keep updating the design :)

Exceptionally comfortable for sensitive ears!
I have very sensitive skin, especially around the ears. Any pressure on them makes me very uncomfortable. I usually wear clip-on headphones with no band, so that my ears dont hurt, as my ear holes are way too small for earbud style sound devices. However, for gaming and recording, a headset with mic is necessary. These are remarkably lightweight and are not tight on the ears, giving hardly any pressure, and I'm able to wear these for several hours before I need to give my ears a rest. They are easy to adjust on the band, but also stay in one place without slipping while wearing them. Once you put them on your head, they stay put, and and dont slide around. The sound quality to the earphones is terrific. Also the mic delivers superior sound to your streaming or recording without feedback or scratching. The cord is wonderfully long also, and has a velcro strap to loop it back up safely and well-organized. The mic boom swings up and down (vertically, in front of the face for use & out of the way against the headset band for storage), but not short / long, nor closer or away from the face. It's a stiff plastic rod boom that does not shake while in use. But the boom is long enough and angled in the perfect way to be the proper distance away from the mouth to get good sound quality from your speech for any adult's head. I've never had any problem with the stiff boom. I love it exactly where it is. It is in a place where it never feels like it has to be adjusted closer or further from my mouth. Not too close to it and not too far, either. It's in the Goldilocks zone if you ask me. This works fantastic with Hauppauge gaming recorders between console and PC. Just plug the USB 1.0 port into the PC, and the mic jack into the Hauppauge mic input port, then configure the Hauppauge audio input setting to the mic. Then you can adjust input audio for both the headphones and game audio separately. I found that a slightly louder setting for the headset over the game audio produced a better balance between the game sound and my voice. But I have a quiet voice, so that may be the reason I need to adjust that in that specific way. I never get any feedback or scratchy sounds through the mic, unless I'm directly fiddling with the mouthpiece. It doesnt make any noise if you adjust it by the boom. This headset works great for PC and through all major consoles. The good looks and pretty blue glowing lights are just a bonus, compared to the other great features and capabilities this headset has, especially for the low price. Definitely a wise investment for the gamer on a tight budget like myself.
