These bands really exceeded my expectations. They are soft but sturdy, the colors are beautiful and they really do their job! unlike regular elastic bands these ones wont ride up or pinch your skin. They stay in place and provide very good resistance. They really are good quality and so worth the price. Ive been using them nonstop since i got them and i cannot recommend them enough.!!

I purchased these because I have more than a few workouts that call for band work. But nothing is more annoying about bands than how they roll up on you mid-workout and then you miss several reps cause you’re readjusting. These definitely do not roll! They stay sturdily in place and the fabric isn’t uncomfortable on your skin. I will say it has taken some getting used to because the resistance on these versus the rubbery bands is waaaayyy higher. The strongest band has so much resistance I’m not even using it right now. Maybe never lol.

After ordering 3 different resistance bands from amazon and having to return them for different reasons, i finally found the one i was looking for. The other bands where slim, rolled up when being used, and broke after one use. This product is durable, heavy weight, and stretchy! It comes with 3 bands, a carrying bag, and a free ebook too download. My current gym does not carry resistance bands, so when i go i bring mine with me. The first time i brought it five people came up and asked where i got them. Would 100% recommend!

I was expecting some lightweight bands, but upon opening it and testing them out, these bands are super durable and feel like they’d last a while. I got the 3 pack (blue-s, pink-m, purple-l) and each are significantly greater in resistance with the small blue one being the hardest to use. These bands aren’t like those silicone looking bands, they’re really thick and feel durable like they would hold up for a long time. Came with a paper with some example of exercises as well as washing instructions, also came with a small bag to carry the three bands in. I’m happy that I made the choice to buy these cause it was at a good price and the quality was better than I expected.

Sturdy well made, won’t ever break or roll up. I’m looking forward to using them for my exercises and my squats where when you do a squat your legs could move around these will help keep your legs From buckling. Also for use on hip thrusts . They I have three different strengths and sizes. They’re made of them very very strong fabric. The colors are pretty too , and they come in a little tote bag that you can bring with you when you travel or to the gym I really like them and can’t wait to incorporate them into my exercise routines !

I have always used the more affordable elastic bands where you get six bands for less than ten bucks, which worked out fine until we moved and my bands sat boxed up for a while in the Texas heat. When I finally unboxed them they were shriveled up. I did try to use them and they popped! I could have bought the same brand as before but I decided to give Recredo Booty Bands a try since a friend recommended them to me. I don't see these bands being popped! They are heavy duty material with a good stretch that provides a great workout. I like that these don't roll up or slip when working out.

My wife exercise more. She want to stay fit and get the body when she was younger but she can not afford a gym membership or a $800 exercise machine.
