This type of Ashwagandha, the KSM-66 type is what I always get. My usual brand was out, so out of desperation I thought I'd give this brand a try and have been pleased ever since. I use KSM-66 to help keep my blood pressure down, support my thyroid, and ease my crippling anxiety. It works for me on all those things, so I continue to use it. This brand of KSM-66 is very easy to swallow since the capsules are much smaller than your usual herb capsules (this is probably due to the fact that there are zero fillers, which is a BIG plus for me!) It is recommended on bottle to take 1 a day, but I take 3. Everyones dosage is going to be different according to what they are taking it for. Hope this review helps!

The quality and effectiveness.

I was disappointed that this did absolutely nothing to help with my insomnia however I was impressed at how small the capsules were. Swallowing pills is difficult for me and I appreciated the tiny size. The metal tin is something I prefer to plastic so that’s also worth a star. The third star is because I do believe that this is a quality ashwagandha product. Unfortunately, for me it had no effect whatsoever on sleep or anything else for that matter.

Helps with workouts, and you can feel a calming affect through the day.
