I just had a spoonful, savored slowly. Complex flavor. Plenty sweet, but not overly. I’m on the verge of identifying some of the flavors (something familiar lingered on the tongue but I can’t quite pinpoint what it is). Don’t want to eat too much of it this late to figure it out. Beautiful stuff. Will be magnificent on blue cheese. My only complaint is the bottle doesn’t say “raw”, but the description above does. Hope it is. Lovely honey. Tongue still tingling.Adding to above review. Just finished the last of this in a cup of coffee. This honey has grown on me every time I use it. It is PERFECT on Greek yogurt with walnuts, some ground flax and a pinch of salt. OMG. It is perfect. And in coffee? The best. I loved it from the start, but with familiarity, it’s become so much more.

If you're not familiar with Beech Tree Honeydew honey, go to YouTube and do a search and watch the natural process of how it's made by the bees. Love this honey - tastes natural, great and not too sweet which is what I was looking for. Pricy but that's the price of high quality food!

This is a relatively recent offering on Amazon (I think my review is the first one).The honey is dark and, like all forest (honeydew) honeys, has a strong taste. This is what I wanted, and I like it.The price is OK too, for imported raw honey.Would it kill the coronavirus? No one said it would; but then no one said it would not. Since you are about to get a check, why not try something new? And if you are a big spender, also buy a jar of the other brand (New Zealand Honey Company), so you can compare them; then, post the results of your "labor".This honey comes in a plastic jar, so I immediately transferred it to a glass jar -- a messy job that involves a lot of licking (spoon and spatula and fingers), and that is why I can tell you it is absolutely delicious (if you like strong dark honey).
