Works Great!

Like others have said, the main problem is trying to re-open them. I see now why they were shipped already separated. However, I sanded a small arc into the the bottom edge of the top piece in order to get a thumbnail in and now they separate easily. Just like the ones that come with that little thumbnail arc already in place.

Fits silver dollars perfect very well packaged would highly recommend them

The specific coin I used for this product was an absolute perfect fit. No wiggle room or tight fit either, absolutely perfect. The clarity is really good as well. Just take the time to clean the coin and capsule really well beforehand to remove any dust, smudges, fingerprints, etc.There’s only a couple downsides to the product. The minor issue I had was how difficult it is to open once closed. You have to use something thin and take the time to work it open. That’s not a major problem though and adds to the overall protection.The major issue I personally have with the product is it’s strength and durability. I use the case to protect the coin, but like to carry the coin with me daily. Doing this adds the risk of accidentally dropping it, which will almost certainly damage the case and crack it in various spots. I’m glad I bought a 10pk because I’ve had to change it out 4 times already due to damage from dropping it on the floor. That’s a problem specific to me though. If you’re intent is to use the product to store your coins and not carry them around and risk dropping it, then this product will be perfect for you and you’ll have no issues whatsoever.

Simple and inexpensive.

Best to keep your coins in airtight containers and these fit great for maples. Very pleased.
