Is it worth it ? And will it fit ?
Good product for the money. Bought it as an experiment to replace the brake lever on my 2000 RM 250. Can not find an aftermarket lever for my bike.. Factory part is a lot of money if you can find one.. This product is for a DRZ . Bouth Suzuki. So. Almost an identical match. With some slite modifications. Nothing mager . And some basic tools and a tap. It fits like a glove . Better then factory. I also like my brake pedal to sit higher. Or ot can be adjusted lower. Had to use the worn pivot bolt. The new bolt was a little big for the bush . Even the RM factory seals fit in the peddle assy.

Use red loctite.
There have been so many reviews stating the end of the lever had fallen off. Go buy red loctite and you will avoid worry. I have had this on for over a month riding daily to work and it shows no sign of loosening up or movement. I check this regularly just in case and have not had an issue.

Listen to all the reviews on here.
I purchased this because i wanted to push the brake pedal out a bit. Also, not gonna lie, I switched out my shift lever for an extended one that was red, so I wanted one that would somewhat match. This filled the bill, and works as described. Two issues though:1. Make sure you locktite every screw down. I did this and I've had no issues with losing any parts so far.2. I run IMS footpegs, and when pressing the brake lever, it hits the the footpeg, even after adjusting the height of the lever. A quick hit with a grinder (or dremel) to the contacted area of the footpeg solved the problem.

Great bling for the DRZ400
So of course I want to add some more bling to my DRZ 400 S. O There are not many options for brake pedal South there so I decided on this 1. Taking everybody else's suggestion all the little boats I removed and put loctite on them and re tighten them all. So far none have worked loose. Now 1 issue I had is I have after market wider foot pegs. Gay and the pedal would actually hit the foot peg before the break fully engaged stopping the pedal dead in its track. Which caused me not to have a rear brake. But a little grinding on my foot peg created a little more space and now it works perfectly fine. I'm sure this news designed for the stock foot pegs in mind that period I would definitely recommend this product to anyone. It definitely looks good and is adjustable for bigger feet.

I would recommend
Easy to install. When fully tight you can still move the lever side to side slightly. But it doesn’t hit the case saver so that’s a plus. I haven’t taken a ride with it on yet. But will definitely edit the review if needed. Other then that. This lever looks awesome!

Looks great. Functions well on Drz400
I put this on my Drz400. It looks great. Toe piece is pretty aggressive. You know when your foot is on it. Toe piece is also adjustable. It has 3 attachment positions to move it in or out. I picked the middle position. Metal seems pretty sturdy and relatively light-weight.Easy and intuitive to install.Cons:Didn’t have instructions.Description could have been slightly better. It only came with the bolt that controls tail light and the pedal itself. I had all the other pieces, but it would’ve been nice to mention.Price is a bit high. I think $35-40 would be more reasonable than $46.I would still buy it again and it works great

Keep The Stock Rear Brake
Not worth it. Brake pedal came off during a ride and could barely use the rear brake. Cheaply made not worth it at all

Possibility of cheap hardware.
Installation was straightforward. The machining seemed good. I especially appreciated the oversized brake pedal. To note, I removed the ALLEN HEAD bolt which activated the brake light switch as this would be fairly difficult to adjust if the jam nut was loosened and the bolt was still difficult to turn. After the install was complete, I did a cursory once-over of the components which seemed torqued from the factory and went for a ride. After only 1 ride on my DRZ, the brake pedal disappeared. I backtracked to see if I could locate the pedal, but I could not. After a closer inspection it seems as if the hardware either failed or shook loose. Given that my foot wasn't resting on the pedal for the lengthy highway stretch where it came off, it's hard to say what exactly happened. Given that the brake pedal end is different from the stock setup, I cannot simply replace the brake end and will be forced to revert back to my old stock pedal arm. Thank goodness I didn't throw it away.Buyer beware. Possible cheap hardware.
