UPDATE AFTER 3 MONTHS+Uses the battery several times. Has worked great. I feel like it's not holding the full charge as it started with, but it keeps up with my other batteries just fine and my grass has been thicker at times due to all the extra rain we have had. Of it gets any worse I'll update. But as of now it's still a 5 star purchase especially compared to the 4 and 5 ah other batteries I have.I ordered this for the price knowing that I may experience some less than expected battery time. So far the battery works every bit as good as the originals. I use this one with an original 5ah in my lawnmower and before I had a 5 and 4 original. They would die literally about 2 to 3 passes before I would finish cutting. Replacing the 4 with this 5 I get the yard completely done so the 4 has moved to dedicated weedeater/edger and the 2 is dedicated blower and backup

I bought this battery last December so we would have a spare when one ran down. Since January isn’t typically time to do lots of yard work other than occasional cleanup, we didn’t use it for awhile. When we finally tried, I discovered that it hadn’t charged although I had placed on charger and left it. When I went to place on charger, I noticed that the charger immediately cut off about 30 seconds of being started. I thought my charger might be the problem even though my original Greenworks battery charged fine so I ordered a newer model and it did the same thing. I contacted the company and they said they would send another. I received the second battery and immediately put it on the charger and it charged fully and worked perfectly. I sent the company a huge thank you. We used the battery and charged it about 3 more times in the next several weeks and then it started doing the exact same thing—cutting off the charger immediately after placing battery on it. I decided I am done with this as I paid $130 for a battery that I was only able to use for less than two months which is a very bad deal. My original Greenworks battery is a couple of years old and still going strong but we have a large yard and could use a spare at times to finish the job. I read both good and bad reviews and decided the good ones were from people had had brand new batteries that did work on the first try. We were not so lucky even though the company replaced the first faulty one. We didn’t even try to replace the second one. I just decided I’m done with these. Now I have two of these to dispose of so they sit on a shelf for now being totally useless.

NEW REVIEW: Jialitt sent a message and sent new battery which is working great!PREVIOUS REVIEW:Did quite a bit of research...settled on Jialitt for a replacement battery. Bought it from them through Amazon on November 25th, 2022. Used it 2 or 3 times in my blower and worked great. Put it up for winter. Tried using it a week ago and got nothing... it will NOT Work at all. 4 months or so. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I haven't found a way to reach company but 2 reviews said company replaced theirs. If that happens then I will update this review.

This battery would never fully charge and ran out of power really quickly. After a few months it completely failed and will no longer charge. I have requested a replacement or a refund. I cant find the manufacturer's website.

Originally I was happy to find a replacement battery for my Greenworks devices. However, after only one use the battery would not charge back up. Now the battery no longer even lights up when you press the button and does not do anything when you place it on the charger.Unfortunately it looks like these batteries may be worse than the original Greenworks batteries that don't fully charge anymore. I had hoped for more than a single use and now the return window has closed and I'm stuck with it.Update---------------------2/13/24I was happy when Jialitt offered to send a replacement battery after my review. That battery was used a few times for cutting grass and charged well each time. Now that winter is coming to end I wanted to charge up all my batteries and get ready for the first cut of the year. The replacement battery that Jialitt provided a little over 6 months ago is now dead as well. No lights come on and even the charger does not turn on when this battery is inserted. What does it take to get a working replacement battery for GreenWorks devices anymore?

I used this battery for a VnR setup on my onewheel Pint. Although I already had a Greenworks battery that worked great, I figured I’d pick this one up to compare and to have a spare. This battery is just as capable. You can tell that the casing is definitely made of cheaper quality materials than the greenworks one, but that’s a small price to pay for $100 less. I’ve put this battery through the works and despite its lower quality build, it can handle a rough ride on a onewheel. I’d highly recommend this as an alternative to the Greenworks battery.

Purchased April 2022 and used through October. In April 2023 put battery on the charger and nothing happened. It did not start charging. I put my original battery on the the charger and it topped off. I put the Jialitt battery back on the charger but still it would not charge. Tried to contact Jialitt but I could NOT locate any contact information. Battery should have lasted several years. Fortunately I still have the Greenworks battery (3rd year) and it’s working fine. Hopefully Jialitt will see this review and let me know how to contact them.UPDATE: After posting this review, Amazon support was able to get me in touch with the seller. I sent them a message at 11:00 PM and in the morning had already received a response. I provided them with my address and they have sent me a replacement battery. I got notified today (2 days after my initial review) that the replacement had been shipped and they provided the tracking number. I am pleased with their quick response. I recommend that you periodically put the battery on the charger every few weeks in situations where you are not using the battery.

The battery would not recharge after 2 uses. I do not know why Amazon continues to offer such a, known, faulty product. Do not purchase!
