Broken threads. Shattered stamens...
The threads are all shattered into bits and pieces. They are packed in plastic and the bits are stuck to the plastic by static electricity.These are mediocre threads. The finest threads are fat and long, not shattered into bits.

Not too happy with them
We never order Zaffron before so when we look around and saw this listing - and the picture, thought we'll give it a try (price seems reasonable for what's offer through pictures). BE CAREFUL, read and don't follow pictures!! We received ours and just a tiny amount of zaffron threads in the bag, enough probably for 2 or 3 cooking. And now the price seems to be high for what we received. Very disappointing!!

Great purchase. Very authentic
I used this to make homemade saffron and Rosewater ice cream. These are very potent but worked very well for the ice cream. It’s important to buy Iranian or authentic saffron and this was very authentic.
