Wire is 5 stars, connectors get 3 stars.
There's not much to say about the wire other than it is your typical low voltage, outdoor rated, direct bury 14 gauge stranded copper wire. It is solid copper, and not plated like you'll get with lower priced wire. The price is at least 25% less than what you'll pay in a big box store. The connectors don't come with instructions although they are somewhat intuitive to install. Installation goes much easier if you attach the connector to the 14 gauge wire first by separating about 3" of the two 14 gauge vconductors. Then unscrewing the larger size cap end of the connector. Underneath the cap you'll see a long metal pin. The pin will pierce the insulation of the wire when you screw the cap back on the connector. Once you have it attached to the 14 gauge wire unscrew the cap on the other end of the connector. This cap will have a small hole in which you insert the stripped end of whatever wire is coming from the light fixture you're trying to attach. Make sure you strip about a half an inch of insulation off that wire. I inserted this wire through the hole of the cap and then into the open end of the connector. They'll be a small metal rod sticking up and you want to press the wire in as far as it'll go and then screw the cap back on. If all went well the pressure of the cap will hold the wire inside the connector. I'm not sure about the weather resistance of the metal used inside this connector so I used some electrical corrosion prevention paste, which is a dark gray silicon based gel that is sold to help weatherproof outdoor electrical connections or when you're dealing with aluminum wiring. Hopefully the paste will make the connection more weather resistant. So far they've been out in the yard for a few months and I haven't had any issues.

Easy to Use Wire Connectors
I used this to wire lights on my deck. The wire was fine. The wire connectors that came with the wire are fantastic. Easy to use for the non-electrician and the connections seem solid. I have 8 lights on the deck so 16 connectors was a perfect amount. If you have more lights I would recommend buying more of those.

Easy to identify wire and sturdy
Wire is sturdy, feels solid and takes the punishment for outdoors, and as a bonus, it has writing so you can identify which wire is what to match up polarity.

Landscape Lighting
I watched several videos and looked at the different fixtures out there on the market .I chose Volt .Reason being the warranty lifetime and the quality and selection. I have ran almost 1000 ft of wire to several locations at my house. I started with a 500 ft roll. I ran out about half way tru the install. I needed what I measured was approximately 300 more ft. I just installed the reminder today and ended up using the 2 rolls of wire because I’m leaving plenty of slack at the end if I ever need to add a fixture it’s easily done or make a repair. I like the 250 rolls due to the weight to handle and you cut it at each location anyway

Great product
It's bit hard to use in winter but once installed, I hope it can last for years as I had no problem in -30 degrees Celcius average winter temperatures in winnipeg. I think it's best for low voltage landscape lights.

Delivery Dates questionable.
This is the second time I have ordered this product, less than 2 months apart. Both orders arrived a week before the expected delivery. The first order arrived an hour before I had planned to be away for a long weekend. The second order was more than 10% more expensive. I felt ripped off.
