Beautiful Booty
I waited a few months to make sure these boots were as awesome as they initially appeared. I wanted a pair of shoes I could just throw on no matter what the conditions were outside - from sunshine to snow - socks/nosocks - and run out the door. Bonus - look semicute. Additionally I was really looking for a camping shoe. We do a lot of backcountry camping but base out of our SUV. We go all times of year so having to shove shoes on for those middle of the night bathroom breaks hasn't been so much fun. We just finished up a 4-day trip in the middle of nowhere and I feel safe to say these boots are in fact awesome. The way that they are made it's just very easy to slide your foot in. So, we covered potty breaks but we hit so much more. I wore them as my "crusing" shoes since they were easy to take off/on. I wore them on the the hey, let's check out that trail! Amazingly, they actually stay put very well. I use them around the house to hike with the dog in the adjacent Park and they're completely suitable for hills and mud. Or chasing the mail man.I cannot express how comfortable these boots are. Especially after a few months of wear and breaking in. I have to admit I found the padding weird at first. Not bad, just weird. The heel is extra padded. Almost is a heel within a heel. Not sure how else to explain it other than if you don't like shoes with ample heel padding, avoid them. I'm really not sure why that is. The whole bottom is very padded. But that section is extra. BUT over the couple months of wearing them it has flattened out and feels more natural now. But it is still "cushy" padded.I wear them with socks, thick socks, thin socks, or no socks. It really doesn't much matter and that's awesome. It is certainly nice to have that option. I am almost always a size 6 but sometimes a 5.5. The six fits me just fine but if it was any larger, I'd probably have issues. They're definitely not a summer boot but I can't really think of too many things that are. The padding is warm but it is not so excessive that I would consider this a winter shoe. Or to rephrases, we're travelling to the White Mountains in a few weeks and these will be coming. For me, it these will be a purpose boot. I will definitely be wearing them this Summer especially in rainy weather. As I mentioned, getting around in these things is great. It's cushioned four-wheel drive. Whether you were running into the store or up the side of a mountain, they work! I feel it's an amazing bargain for the price. They are excellent in rain and mud and about everything the outdoors could throw at you. I also find them to be terribly cute with jeans rolled up. The longer I have these the more I end up wearing them. If you are looking for a casual, deal with anything, tough booty, this is it. I guess one final protip, I saw these come up as a return for such a good price after I already had them. I was in too deep but if you are interested and can wait for them to come up in your size, you might get a real steal. Then again, if your shoe patience is like me, you probably won't be able to wait and really, even at regular, it is worth it! Kick stuff, take names!

Great Boots
I love these boots! They’re perfect, warm and waterproof for spring in New England. Love the fuzzy lining. They also come with removable inserts. It’s a nice thought but the inserts have a huge, uncomfortable lump in the middle. But easily removed. Probably could have sized down but ordered my true size so I could wear warm socks.

A warm comfy slip-on boot for sloppy weather
My “perfect” fitting shoe is a 7W. I have a slightly wide foot and a high arch. Add large calves to that and it makes it difficult to find comfortable boots/booties. Knowing a size 7 would be too small, I ordered a size 8 and they are SO comfortable! They’re not too big and don’t feel like they are slipping off when I walk. And that’s with no socks on! They are completely “fur” lined so no socks needed. I got these for those urgent trips to the backyard with my dog. I wanted something that I could get out of bed, slip on (without hand assistance) and be out the door without worrying about the weather conditions or mud. I’m so pleased with this purchase. Bonus: there’s tons of ankle room for larger gals. If I had one complaint it would be that since I’m only 5’3” with short legs, the top back edge of the boot “scrapes” against my lower calf when I walk. The fur lining doesn’t extend up over the top edge. I wouldn’t be able to wear these for a long period without high socks, tucking my pants into the boots, or retro fitting something over the back of the boot. But given their purpose, I don’t see it being a problem for me. These are well-made and feel like they will last a long time. They have some weight to them but in a good way that shows their quality. Oh, heads up that these WREAK of rubber smell when you first open them (think new tire smell) but just let them sit out for a day and it goes away.

Perfect Boots for Rain or Snow
I absolutely love everything about these boots! The best part is how comfortable they are. They have a memory foam type sole that your feet just sink into. They have a very warm plush lining. I love that they are also cute so I can wear them all day. They are fully waterproof and can be cleaned just by wiping with a towel. They run just a tad big, but I found that good for this time of year when I wear thicker socks.

Removable inserts!
The media could not be loaded. I’ve had Chooka boots in the past, but they were the cheaper version. This boot however comes with a recoverable insert with arch support & the option to remove it. The insole is lined as well as the insert so regardless of how you wear it, you will still get that warmth! I bought the Amazon second hand version of these and they came in brand new condition for half the price! 10/10. They also feel much sturdier than the cheaper version. I typically wear a 7.5 in shoes and sized up to an 8 and they fit almost perfectly, with enough room for a thicker sock but if I would have sized down they would be too tight. These boots are super comfortable and slip on and off easily, but stay in place while you are walking. Which I needed for my job as I am in and out of peoples homes throughout the day, but needed a boot that would keep my feet warm and dry in the winter.

Comfy boot but only water resistant for a year at most
These boots are super comfy and have a nicer look than a typical rain boot so I wore them more often and even to work on rainy days. They are really easy on and off. Maybe I wore them too much but after a year they were no longer water tight. Since it had been a year I bought another pair but this pair only made it 10 mos. I live in the Pacific NW and need to walk my dog in all weather so I’m going to look for a different brand. Maybe the price = 1 year. They are affordable.

Good boots with linens
This boots have very soft material and think liners. I usually wear 8.5 and for this shoes size 9 work fine. They are very comfortable during raining season in Seattle area

Didn’t even last a season
Started leaking so quickly. The sole came off and they started cracking

Not what you think
These boots look like they are made of cheap rubber. The shaft measurements are wrong. They are 14. You would have to have huge ankles to wear these and the top of the rubber is coming apart...you can see the glue

Size is inconsistent, but quality boots
I had to return these, sadly, as the sizing was wildly inconsistent. I have another pair of boots from this brand and went with the same size… they were way too big, but this brand is awesome, so despite the return, they get 4 stars based on previous experience.I can’t even offer advice on how to size them to ensure a proper fit, but they’ll last and they’re comfortable!

Can't get passed the Lump and Too Large
I should have listened to the reviewers who said the boots have very uncomfortable lumps in the arch area. The lumps are very pronounced and do not count as arch support - they are too far back from the arch. The rubber that is used for the soles is far too squishy. This makes the boots very unstable and sloppy. Additionally the boot is about a 1/2 to full size too large. I am a very standard size 9. I ordered a 9 and they are far too big. Too roomy and too long. Such a bummer as they are a very good looking boot and the cozy lining is nice. Unfortunately they are being returned.

Fit Large
Too big, returned. Order 1 size down. They seem like they would be good. If they fit I would have kept them.
