Ghirardelli Sweet Ground Chocolate and Cocoa | 3 lb. | Baking & Desserts

This is a very, very good product, I love the taste. I have been looking for a great tasting cacao chocolate mix but previously the products I have been able to get somehow never tasted as good as this cacao/chocolate mix. I use it to mix it in my espresso and the sweetness it adds to my coffee is just perfect, not too sweet not bland either. Very large size, fantastic deal for the money. Highly recommend it. I just hope Amazon keeps offering this product on a long time basis as unfortunately many times they discontinue good stuff. I will probably order a few boxes more just in case.

This product is superb. I use a heaping teaspoon along with a near teaspoon of sugar in a cup, and then make a mocha latte out of it with my Jura espresso maker, stir it up, and enjoy. I've tried other cocoa powders (Guittard Rouge, Hershey's, et al.), and this is by far the most satisfying and delicious of all of them for my purposes. I also appreciate the very large size of the can, since this will last me for months, so despite the initial outlay, it's very economical on a per use basis. This is also much tastier than Ghirardelli Premium Chocolate sauce sold in a squeeze bottle (good luck ever getting all of it out and actually using what you paid for), and as good as using a bag of Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Melting Wafers (which makes a decadent mocha latte when you add 10-12 of them to a cup and melt them with espresso and stir, but gets pricey). Highly recommended. This product actually exceeded my expectations.

Excellent quality

My daughter uses this to make iced coffees similar to the ones she gets at a local coffee shop. She used to be a barista there and said this is the same product they used. It is high quality and makes great coffee drinks.

This is an excellent mix for a hot or cold chocolate milk. It has a clean chocolate taste without all the chemicals found in most chocolate mixes. I highly recommend this item and will be purchasing it shortly.

This stuff is amazing. I used to buy a Starbucks hot chocolate all the time, but now I make my own hot chocolates with this awesome Ghirardelli powder for less money - that tastes even better! Definitely genuine Ghirardelli product as I have purchased this from The Shopping Channel as well.

Está muy rico, había probado varios para hacer Mocha y no me convencían del todo pero este es un 10 de 10. Lo recomiendo mucho.
