A little short
Nice compression but a little short. Good price though. I wear them

Not terrible...but a hole formed the second time I put them on.

Socks not suitable for long hikes
The socks are pilling with minimal wear but are nicely padded, especially around the toe box. However, the decorative red patches along the back are sewn in (and not part of a patterned thread), and raised coarse fabric stitching always cause painful skin erosion on long (20k) hikes. They are fine for casual daily wear, but too expensive for that. The picture shows the pilling and the back of the sock (L) and the same thing inside out (R) with the problematic stitching visible.

Good sock
Feel and fit nice. Developed a hole after about 5 wears.Also, there is a red stripe vertical stripe going down the back that is not visible in the pictures.
