Tower Glitz T20029 2 Slice Metal Toaster with Adjustable Browning Control, Defrost and Reheat Settings, Black

Bought this after comparing the reviews to many other toasters and was not disappointed. Both slices are evenly toasted, no darker bars from heating elements, no half toasted side. A normal supermarket slice will fit, you have to flip the bread on it's side. Not sure how well a slice of bloomer will fit, but I don't buy them often enough to care about it It also looks pretty smart.

Great value and looks great

Reason for 4 stars is because it doesn’t have auto shut off like most toasters do, so unfortunately you have to stand there and now again manually pop the toast up to see if it’s done. That’s the only let down, other than that the size is great, gives a nice browning to the toast. First time using don’t put bread in as it lets off a burning smell but that’s normal as it’s just burning off the chemicals on the metal internally. Leave the toaster on for a few minutes and the burning smell will disappear. Functions well!

Best toaster I’ve ever bought. My husband asked me to get one, I tried to talk him out of it because of past purchases. But this one evenly toasts and does so in record time. The finish on the outside is practically impenetrable. Very well made. Would by again

Works well, does toast evenly all over and both sides. Looks good, fairly compact size, very pleased so far!

When it arrived the seal had clearly been tampered with. My guess is its been returned, someone as clearly re-packed it put it back into stock and made a very poor attempt at putting the original seal on. Never a good sign before opening. Once i opened i tried to heat some toast and the lever would not stay down. I tried several times before it finally stuck. Like I said looks pretty but functionality leaves a lot to be desired. At least if you buy from the high-street you can make sure you get a product that's clearly not been tampered with.
