Q: I just got my ball but it only vibrates for 5 minutes, i have it under my hip so i can't restart it, is 5 minutes all it does?

I had the same issue. Not pleased with this product

Yes you can. But I would buy a different product this only works for about 3 mins if you put on heat and high vibration

Q: Mine just stopped working. Only had it for about a week, and it won't charge. Anyone else?

I have had mine for over 2 months and no problems. I use it everyday and charge it over night. Check the contact with the recharging unit. It was hard at first to make contact. Once it was broke in it was fine. Hope this helps!
