I have been searching for heel support for plantar fasciitis which is extremely painful. I tried these on the advice of my physio and so far they have proved a good heel support lessening the pain significantly. I have now purchased a second pair to put in my slippers. I have put these under the insoles in my shoes and they don't move.

Really nice soft insole. Think the full sole would have been better but these r still good. Not that easy to keep in place when u put your foot in the shoes due to the stickiness of material. Worth a try thou i like them

These did not work for me, as they didn't fit in my shoes. The only shoes they fitted in were my running shoes. When I put them in other shoes they were so uncomfortable - I couldn't wear them. Saying that a friend recommended them to me and she thinks they're great. Just not for me!

These work for my Achilles tendinitis and they also help because I have flat feet. They may seem expensive but they are worth every penny.
