I have a piece of ply wood under this mat. I am 240lbs and am putting a Zwift ride into if this. Since I have shag carpet I had to put something underneath it regardless of how nice the mat it. So the mat itself is perfect for what I wanted!! Size is spot on accurate and the high density mat is exactly what I wanted. Not too soft, but stable. Great mat for the price!

I bought two 6'x4' mats for my workout room. I do mostly kettlebell workouts, and these mats provide an ideal amount of firmness. Also perfect for yoga stretches post workout.I pushed the 2 mats together to obtain a larger workout surface, and I was concerned at first if the mats would start to slide apart while straddling the seam. However, the mats don't slide apart at all on my wood floor (haven't tested them on carpet). Also, both mats have remained flat on the floor with no signs of any roll-up at the edges, as I intend to leave them left permanently rolled out.I have been working out on the mats for only about 3 weeks, so I'm not able to report on longer-term durability, but they appear to be well made.Each mat came with 2 straps to hold the mat when rolled up, as well as a nylon storage bag.Altogether a well made product.

I’ve only used this mat once, but I love it! My tile floor was killing my knees during cardio workouts, and this mat made a huge difference. What’s great is that it’s not too sticky or spongy like a yoga mat—so if you’re wondering, no, it’s not like a yoga mat. It has the perfect balance: not slippery, not sticky, firm, and just right for cardio movements. It also works great for lifting weights on it.In my opinion, the 6x4 size is perfect—not too big, not too small. As for durability, time will tell since I just got it. But overall, it’s a great size, a great price, and a lifesaver for my knees

I recently installed new hard flooring (LVP SPC) in my home gym, but I needed to put down a mat area for cushioning for pushups, light weights, and stretching. It needed to be reasonably tough and cushioning on the hard floor. This mat is non slip, and has a dense material that appears to work well enough. It will remain permanently placed on the floor. I bought it because the description says it is tough enough to allow shoes and weights on it (unlike a yoga mat). It appears "just" thick/tough enough for that use. There was some minor odor when opening it up and rolling it out. I could have looked at a thicker more cushy rubber mat for weights but it would be more expensive and bulky. This is a good value and works well enough. I recommend it.

Mat was rolled and wrapped in easy to remove plastic.A lightweight pouch and two Velcro straps that were cinched tightly around the rolled mat and are suitable for future storage or transport.Unrolled mat took a few hours to flatten edges (weighed down edges).Mat does not slip or slide on cement or finished wood surface.One thing to note: one corner is rounded. The other 3 corners have 90 degree cuts.

The product is true to size, the color is vibrant and the mat is nice and thick. Perfect for my workout space.

I normally work out with shoes on, but after getting this mat, I have been exercising without shoes, just to feel the mat. Such a delight to exercise on. I love the way it feels. This mat has a slight smell, but it is not an offensive smell that comes with some plastics and rubbers. Great buy. Great size. I was also surprised to see that it came with a jump rope. The rope doesn't seem that well made, but it was a nice touch.
