I really wanted to like this, considering the price. But, not only is my cellphone's speaker muted while the receiver is plugged into the USB-C port (which I knew would happen, but it is still very annoying and couldn't find any work-around), but the sound recorded by the standard Pixel camera app is much too low and weak. I wanted to use it to record singing, but it is entirely unsuitable for that purpose. Frankly, my Pixel 5's built in mic can do a better job than the Lavalier mic, despite the camera's mic being farther away from the singer's mouth! I'm struggling to find a reason not to return this product. I feel like a chump for buying it.

Take off case, the USB C connector for the receiver isnt going to fit with it on...Also, when my Saramonic UC wireless receiver is plugged in to my Pixel 4 phone, I can no longer hear others speak thru the phone speaker. They can hear me.When I UNPLUGGED the Saramonic UC receiver from my Pixel 4 phone, I can hear others. They can hear me, thru phone speaker not Saramonic.This IS NOT plug into your pixel 4 phone and off and running. This IS NOT as easy plug n play as they say.Why sale a product for Android that doesn't integrate properly with the google messenger vdo calls?I got half jipped. Will maybe returning the Saramonic 500 for android to find a wireless MIC solution that will work both talking and hearing from my Pixel 4.good luck

Sounds better than the native mic of the phone itself. Easy to pair/use. Does not work with Insta360 One R action camera though (probably the camera's fault, they do sell a mic adapter afterall).

É un prodotto molto versatile e disponibile per diverse configurazioni sia Android che iPhone.Non ho trovato altri prodotti simili pertanto l'ho acquistato subito.Ottimo il livello audio che è regolabile e si può utilizzare qualunque microfono tipo lavalier.Unico neo... Durante le registrazioni di tanto in tanto ci sono buchi.. Vuoti audio!Non posso essere certo che siano tutti così, magari é solo il mio, però me ne sono accorto tardi per restituirlo. Temo che il problema sia dovuto alla connessione a 2,4Ghz che purtroppo è molto piena nelle nostre case.Infatti con un vecchio prodotto in banda Uhf non ho mai avuto problemi.Purtroppo avere un buco audio, anche solo di mezzo secondo... Manda a pallino tutto un servizio., quindi prestate subito attenzione, quando lo acquistate provatelo per alcune ore e in condizioni diverse.

My order was on April 2021, but after 7 month a receiver doesn't work ( no lighting ). After discussing with the seller, then the seller mailed not only a new receiver but also a microphone,and transmission. Thanks for your great services. I have commended this supplier.

Ottimo prodotto, è arrivato in ottime condizioni. L'unica pecca, probabilmente sbaglio io ad usarlo, ogni tanto perde la connessione il microfono con il ricevitore.

Sono molto contenta, lo uso con telefono samsung
