Side effects not worth it. Does not suppress hunger. 48 hour drink does a better job of suppressing hunger.Recommendation: 48 hour miracle diet suppresses hunger better, tastes like tropical drink (not as good as 24 hour drink, but less likely to have negative side effects), and little to no side effects.
