The tablets did not work i put on weight not losing it even when going to the gym as well I eat healty and wacth what I intake on food but the tablets don't work at all

I don't know how many stars to give because I didn't buy it to help lose weight when exercising.. obviously it will not help you lose weight without exercise or diet. But my reason for purchasing it was to reduce hunger because I suffer from uncontrollable hunger before my periods and this doesn't help it at all.. Didn't feel any different or fuller taking it.As for people saying it has a bad smell I can tell there's no smell or taste to it at all.. just like all the regular pills.

Definitely saw a difference with my appetite I didn’t want to eat as much which helped with my stress eating didn’t notice any change to my weight though
