True to its claims, the Eurmax USA 10 x 10 Pop-Up Canopy stood strong against heavy rain, keeping both myself and my products completely dry.Setting up the canopy was a breeze, and it proved to be equally hassle-free when it came time to take it down. This purchase has undoubtedly enhanced the success of my events, and I am genuinely impressed with the performance of this excellent product.

This is sturdier than the last tent I purchased. I do vendor shows and sometimes it gets very windy. I doubled up on leg weights and the tent does very well. Good quality.

It was easy to set up between two people although one person can easily do it by themselves. The material feels durable and the walls go up easily. It is also very easy to put away. Everything clicks together to let you know it is locked in place.

The tent sets up well with one person which is what I need. It's sturdy and might be a bit heavy for some people. I'm having trouble with the awning. I can't seem to find the holes for it and the instructions. are too vague. I am over all satisfied with it.

This was the perfect purchase. I spent way too long looking around for a canopy that has a fire resistant tag on the canopy itself (a large festival I vend at required it). So many on Amazon claim to be, but have no tag on the product verifying it, and tons of reviews on different canopies complained that the product they received didn't match the description. Thankfully, after many hours, I went with this one. It not only has the tag, but it is the easiest canopy I have ever set up. The frame is heavier than the cheap alternatives, and is clearly a higher quality of construction. The walls are incredibly easy to use and the whole thing is sturdy. The first time I set it up at an event, it was very windy and we had to close early for a tornado watch, and never once was I afraid my canopy would get damaged or blow away. The only thing I had trouble with is there doesn't seem to be slots on my canopy frame to attach the awning they provided, but it could also be user error. Regardless, I don't particularly care about the awning and am satisfied with my purchase. I recommend this to anyone, and if you have an event that requires it, you can rest easy knowing that it does actually have the fire resistant tag

The last pop up canopy I bought broke in the wind, it was cheaply made. This canopy is more sturdy and held up in stronger winds than that broke the cheapo frame. It may be a little more expensive, but well worth it. Also it was much easier to setup as well.

This tent is made extremely well and has held up in very windy conditions. I highly recommend it.

I purchased this tent in April of 2023 with the intention of using it for a vendor tent at art fairs. It sets up with TWO people fairly easily and breaks down easily. However the first time I used the tent, even with 20 pounds of weight on each leg, it was blown up in a stiff wind and buckled a leg VERY easily! I was shocked to see it just buckle. So at that point I contacted Eurmax for some advice in disassembling the corner leg apparatus. They NEVER responded! So then I checked their website for replacements parts - and they were out of stock!! Not only that, they disabled the online shopping cart so I couldn’t even place a back order! This forced me to go back to the site constantly to check for stock on those parts. Eventually I found them in stock on June 21 - well over a MONTH later! I placed my order immediately. Most recently on July 31 I emailed them again because my order status still shows as “processing”! Their website claims that they respond the same day to emails and if not that day within 48 hours. 48 hours later I had received no response! So I sent follow up email asking again for information on when I will be getting the replacement parts and again …no response! And on top of that their phones are now “turned off” while they “move warehouses”. This is an utter disaster of a company. Eurmax claims that their availability of support parts and customer service set them apart - and that is why I picked them. But all evidence suggests the contrary. I’m a small business, and I can’t afford a fleet of tents - and having access to repair parts is paramount to having an effective tool for my business. At this point it doesn’t matter how nice or good a tent this may be if it’s stuck in my garage in a nonfunctional status. Eurmax has failed in all aspects of this matter. If Eurmax responds and are we are able to resolve this issue, I will amend this review.*edit Aug 9, 2023*I managed to finally get through to Eurmax via phone. They are supposedly sending the replacement parts (to be clear, I paid for the parts.) right away. I have still not received any responses to the emails. The review doesn’t change - still 1 star, still will not recommend.
