Healthy and great for the price palm
I’m extremely pleased with the Trachycarpus palm I ordered. It’s a good size with a nice trunk , healthy green color and robust. I think the price was actually better than if bought at a local greenhouse or nursery, that’s if you can even find them in areas where they aren’t normally grown.

Perfect little Windmill Palm Tree!
Arrived beautifully packaged and protected and still well-watered, obviously a lot of care is taken by this particular nursery. Good size, very healthy, very very pleased. Thank you for a good job.

Arrived healthy and after a year starting to grow a bit
After one year it is still growing. Slow but sure.

Windmill palm
Palm died after the 30 day window, no refund Died long before that, looked horrible on delivery, tried to revive/nurture it and give it time, no more orders from here. Read through the reviews and quite a few had issues like we did, company not flexible and it was only 6 weeks, very thin when arrived, really small and a few leaves were already dry.

Good size for the $$
I wanted to post a review about these because the existing reviews are both good and bad. These are not small at all, they are good sized as you can see in the pic. They are slightly damaged on one palm, but nothing I can’t trim away. I’m generally pleased for a $50 investment

So Far So Good!
(6/26/2022) My Windmill palm arrived earlier than expected in excellent condition. No shipping damage whatsoever, and I live in the Seattle area which is about the furthest state possible from this grower (only AK would be farther. Who would ship a palm to HI anyway, right? lol.) Based on this plant and others also purchased from same seller, I'm very impressed with the quality and care this nursery/seller has shown. Once it's been planted in its permanent home in our back yard, I'll report on its progress in a couple of months...

Product not true to ad photo
Plant came in a plastic container bucket w good soil & was nicely packaged, arriving on time. However, the plant received was significantly smaller & younger than what was shown in the ad; several fronds (of the few fronds it had) were snapped & those will be lost. Disappointed, as wanted to raise a nice potted windmill. Think that for the price, shoulda got a better product.
