Cage looks very nice, used for multiple rats. Even with the zip ties all over it, it eventually becomes unstable especially with a lot of use like opening the doors several times a day. Doors become difficult to open and shut as they get loose. Had to replace after a year when it started falling apart. Also being multilevel and having no kind of walls, when the rats use the bathroom only a fraction of it actually ends up in the trays on the bottom, the rest falls outside of the cage and requires constant clean up. Would be better for litter trained animals.

I really liked this cage when I first got it. But it was my first ever experience with cages period. I thought I really got a good deal considering all the extras it came with. It was EXTREMELY HARD to put together. It took from 5 that eve to try to snap each piece into place tell way up in the night. It came with Zip ties to "help enforce it." The cage lasted two weeks and then FELL APART! With zip ties holding it together as well, & it STILL fell apart. The little white round pieces in each corner that are suppose to hold it together, DO NOT WANT TO STAY ON! The wheels turned sideways and came completely off. So I pieced it back together zip tied it in each and every single corner and space I could think of. And it still tried to fall apart. I'm TERRIFIED this cage is gonna fall apart and KILL my ferrets. So I'm having to order a prevnue Fistey ferret cage. In fact I've had to order two differnt cages because I made the mistake of ordering this garbage. I paid 150$ for the accessories. This may seem like a good deal. And I know starting with a new animal is VERY expensive. The animal is high then you half to buy cage, bedding and what not. BUT PLEASE, I beg you. DO NOT GET THIS. Your animal WILL end up hurt or dead. This cage is a waste of money all your paying for is the food dish, water bottle and the hammocks. And if your animal isnt Hamster size then the wheel it comes with is USELESS!

Cage was very small. It was easy to put together, but not very sturdy. Zip ties were included, but half of them broke while trying to attach. Door openings were difficult and caused the whole cage to shake and a loud noise that scared my chinchillas. I would return if I could, not a good option for chinchillas.
