Being somebody who has suffered from anxiety and depression there has been many methods I have attempted over the years to help process and deal with it. Some methods have worked for some period of time but the difference between those methods and this book is that this book encourages longevity in the sense of helping you mould a new and improved version of your self. It is a more long term solution in my opinion because of the level of interaction that occurs with this book. Itencourages you to ask yourself the right questions. It's interactive in the way that it is set out monthly and each month is a different activity to the next all inspiring you to rebuild yourself and ask the right questions. I like how helps the reader to self reflect and also visualise. The exercises really helped me. There is something very healing and powerful about writing things down. I couldn't recommend this book enough. If you stick at this book consistently get ready to watch your self transformation unfold before you.Thankyou so much for this book! I am eternally grateful 🙏🏻

Lovely illustrated diary to guide you through writing down your thoughts and habits - especially suitable for those who find these exercises difficult. Also the beautiful hard back cover makes this diary more durable and feels a more traditional and authentic way to store your thoughts than a cheaper paperback version. Well thought out to give the user an all round great experience when carrying out self reflection exercises and definitely worth the purchase price.

Lovely illustrations but a little disappointed with the inner pages. Was expecting more of a journal feel, but I do also like that there is lots of white space to let your thoughts flow.If you’re looking for a more guided journal you may want to look for something else, but it is beautifully designed & something I’m looking forward to using more

How can you not be charmed by this book? And if you take the gentle journey, how can you not be changed? You know how when you’re a child, you fall in love with illustrations in a book, how they enable you to live in another place, another space? This book does that for adults. Honestly, last night when I was going to sleep I kept switching on the light to look at some of the pictures! Art work and written exercises take us gently by the hand, and enable us to find ‘your own magic’. Enable us to create our futures.

This is so beautiful quality and the illustrations really look wonderful

This is an all in one positivity/mindfulness journal, it is a 12 month journal, not dated so you can chose to start on the month you feel ready to, it has challenges, some of which can be done in a day, some spanning a whole month, it has self reflection pages, and a monthly mind tracker. I just received yesterday, read through it and I'm going to start on it this afternoon. I ordered it because my therapist had suggested keeping a positivity journal and this seems like the best on the market

This was purchased as a gift for my daughter. The book was delivered in a clear plastic wrap (this was detailed somewhat in the packaging description). The corners of the hard cover of the book were damaged in packing and transit and arrived buckled and dinted. This was disappointing. The book itself is beautiful to look at with simple monochromatic colours and thick unlined pages for your own thoughts and illustrations.
