TIGI Hi-Def Curl Finishing Spray, 6.8 Oz

I use this with Tigi's curl cream (have a review on here) and the two together are perfect for my thick, naturally curly hair. It comes out like a very thin spray gel and you will get crunchy curls with major hold, but my heavy hair goes flat on top without a spray and is sort of a hot mess, so I'd rather have perfectly separated ringlets that shine like crazy and are crunchy than flat, puffy hair. The product has a fruity smell, but it's more like lemongrass to me so I don't mind it. I'm just using these two products and diffusing my hair, so I'm saving some time (and money) and I don't have to keep messing with it, which just makes it frizzy and worse. I will say that after I dry my hair, I have to throw in more curl cream and spray it again and then it's absolutely perfect, but that's probably due to how much hair I have. And as stated in my other Tigi review, I have major allergies to products--especially sprays--and no issues at all. Tigi was great in the '90s for my crazy hair and I'm glad I tried it again after some mishaps with the line--I think I got my foxy back.

First off, I absolutely love the smell! I have fine, fly away fuzzy wavy hair. I use spray gel, then a columizinf mousse, scrunch & finish with an aerosol hairspray (while wet) and top off with a few sprays of Foxy Curls. Gives me the curls that I want and gives me the slightly wet look to prevent the dry fuzzy fly away look and I’m good for a couple days. I love this stuff. The only reason I use another spray before it is because it’s so expensive compared to regular hair spray. But the smell is amazing, a very sweet smell. I first bought it because I smelled it on my cousin’s hair when hugging her. Had to ask, “what makes your hair smell so good?” This was it. If you have dry fuzzy or wavy hair and you’d rather have curls, try the above routine topped off with Foxy Curls! You won’t be disappointed. Don’t use too much tho, it’s sticky till it dries.

My hair is middle of the road curly. It's actually mostly "bend" on the top and sides, and the back is curls, but not super curly, just middle of the road, and it needs a boost to wear it curly. I don't know why it doesn't work for some people, but it does work for me. I cannot wear my hair natural curly without it. It makes my curls a little curlier and helps to define them. I don't think it is at all like hairspray. You have to be careful how much you use. I use it when my hair is wet, but not soaked. When it's dry, I fluff it a bit with my fingers or a pick at the roots and finish with a little Manipulator. Voila! I have also used it when my hair is dry for a touch-up and that has worked well also.

I really like the Bed Head Foxy Curl spray. I was able to use it a lot before it started clogging up. I had to run it under hot water and that would clear it for a little bit. Finally, it clogged totally so I was unable to use the rest of it. The thing I really liked about it is it gave long lasting curls when I was "scrunching" my hair all the time. I purchased this product before I knew about the Amazon Review Trader. I hope this is useful to others that are thinking of buying this product.

The package arrived just now - leaking. I opened it and I could see through the bubble wrap that the liquid was pooling at the bottom and that a whole bottle had arrived empty. I want my money back.

I have fly away, thin, fine curls similar to toddler hair. I used the Foxy curls lotion, which alone is a good product but still left me with some fly around frizz but this, THIS is AMAZING! I spritzed it on similar to how I would use hair spray to hold the curls in place and let it fully dry. WOW! It's been 4 hours and I just looked in the mirror, expecting my usual toddler frizz and it's still curly and not flying around. I'm impressed!

Love this stuff. I have thick wavy layered shoulder-length hair. I spray this on towel-dried hair and scrunch and blow dry just a little. It helps create defined waves and curls. It works so well that sometimes on days I don't shampoo all I do is finger-fluff my hair. Other times I spray a little Foxy Curls on my dry hair and scrunch without a blow dryer. If you use a good bit you can feel it, just a little bit stiff. It has a pleasant scent when you apply it, but I don't notice it after my hair is completely dry.

This is a curl hair spray. It is sticky and comes out extremely fast and in a stream. If you are looking for something to give you curls or better defined curls this is not it. Again this is sticky but does offer a shine, but it is not a defining gel/cream..once you spray your hair with this you are not going to want to touch/scrunch it. Also make sure not to accidentally knock it over. It fell in my cabinet and half the bottle leaked out due to the poorly manufactured top.
