We received our personalized and framed map, and sadly the frame was broken in two places, and the map and backing had slid out of the frame. I immediately reached out in the late evening with an email to the company and honestly, I had a response in less than 5 minutes. Megan apologized and immediately set out to correct the problem. She was helpful, friendly, and apologetic, which was much appreciated. Through no fault of the company, we didn't expect damage by looking at the box although it was creased in the middle.The following morning I had an email from Megan with the UPS tracking number and a new framed map was already on its way. That is excellent customer service.The frame is beautiful and the map is fantastic. Love the muted colors, but it is still very colorful, and attached to the back are the pins and goodies to mark the map.We can't wait to get the new undamaged one and get it marked and hung.I highly recommend Map Your Travels, and will use them again. This map is beautiful on its own and was worth every penny spent. It's truly stunning, holds well on the wall, and my husband LOVES being able to pin every place he's been (and it's a ton!!). The true winner behind this map, however, is the seller. I cannot speak more praises about the seller- the speed in which Megan responded, the excellent service provided, and the extra mile that was taken to truly make sure we were satisfied was ALL exemplary. The pins and personalized name plate made this map over the top. I am SO pleased with my purchase, and it made for a very happy husband. It's also a beautiful statement piece and it gets people talking story. Love it and THANK YOU!!!

I got this as a gift for my husband. I got my first one about 30 years ago. May have to get myself one of these as my old thing has gotten rather ratty looking. Since we have not always traveled together, I figured it was time for him to get his own. This is a beautiful map/gift, and very well framed. Engraved plaque adds a very nice touch. I little pricey but was worth it as an Xmas gift. Was ordered with only about a week left before Christmas and it made it on time!!!

Overall very nice but for the price I would have expected that the backing was better fixed and not warped. Several of the nails that hold the backing are there but looks like the backing was warped so they are overlapping as seen in the photos I took. It has a curvature. Still, you don't see that from the front but maybe the tacks will not go thru as expected in the warp areas.

This product was personalized and came out perfect. Very nice quality frame.

First, this item arrived early and it was well packaged. The map was shipped in a heavy duty cardboard box and the map did not shake in the box. It came ready to hang too! It is on our wall with pins in. Love it so much we are thinking about getting one for our niece's house warming, it is very giftable, and a great value. MADE IN AMERICA!

My daughter gave us one of these maps many years ago and we now have pins in over 50 countries. We got her and her husband one for Christmas and they were thrilled.

The first thing I got to say is Wow! I bought this map to surprise my wife and when it arrived I was stunned how beautiful and well made it was!! We installed the map on the wall in our den and marked all of our travels with pushpins that came with the map. They customized the map with a engraved message of my choice. This map is well made with outstanding customer service highly recommend getting one!!
