Organic Vitamin B12

I use to feel so tired every day I told my doctor and they did blood test and said everything was normal but I was too tired all the time and since taking these tablets I am feeling great and I have not finished the 60 tablets yet ..I am just going to buy one for my son now.

I bought it for my mum. She says she sleeps much better and her shoulder joint pain has subsided a lot. She connects it to this vitamin. We bought it because it was suggested that her shoulder pains are cause by a lack of vitamin B12.

I used this product and found it really helpful in boosting my energy, especially when I was feeling tired and drained.

Was feeling quite tired after switching to vegetarianism and realised the sporadic added nutritional yeast was not enough, after taking these for a month have been feeling a lot better.

These b12 capsules left me with horrible nerve pains and a blister rash all over my torso. I’ve tried to get in touch with the manufacturer but to no avail. I strongly recommend people to stay away from this supplement, however you may be lucky and not have any adverse reactions. My lesson learned is stay away from natural products as they don’t have to go through the stringent requirements of other medications.

They told me it was food based, natural. I was suspicious given the high dose. It's not. My daughter had a reaction, she always reacts to synthetic b vitamins. Unfortunately, this is the case of this product.
