Fun for the whole family
I recently picked up the Mattel Games Phase 10 Card Game for a family game night, and it quickly became one of our favorite games to play together! This card game is a fantastic blend of strategy, luck, and challenge that keeps everyone engaged, from kids to adults.First Impressions:When the game arrived, I loved that it came in a compact, sturdy storage tin. It’s perfect for keeping all the cards organized and makes it easy to store away when we’re not playing. The design is simple yet attractive, and the tin is a nice touch that feels a little more special than your average card game box. Plus, it’s a great size for travel if you want to take it on trips or to parties.Gameplay & Rules:The game is similar to rummy, but with an added twist! In Phase 10, each player works through 10 different phases, with each phase having its own set of requirements (like a run of cards or a set of matching numbers). It’s easy to learn the basic rules, but the real fun comes from trying to figure out the best strategy to complete each phase before your opponents do. It’s competitive but also really fun to see who can get to the final phase first. We played with a mixed group of kids and adults, and it was a hit with everyone. The kids picked up on the rules quickly, but there’s enough strategy involved that it keeps the adults invested, too. Everyone was laughing and joking as they worked their way through the phases, and the game remained exciting and full of surprises right up until the end.Family Fun & Replayability:What I love most about Phase 10 is its replayability. Every round feels different because the phases change each time, and there’s always a new challenge. The game is fast-paced, so we could play several rounds in one sitting, and it never felt like it got old. Plus, the competition can get pretty fierce, especially when players are trying to outsmart each other to complete their phases first!Final Thoughts:Overall, the Phase 10 Card Game is an excellent choice for families looking for a fun and engaging game that everyone can enjoy. Whether you’re playing with kids or adults, it’s a great way to bond over some friendly competition. The challenge of working through the phases and the excitement of being so close to finishing, but then getting blocked by an opponent, makes every round thrilling. If you're looking for a game that’s both challenging and fun for all ages, Phase 10 is a must-have addition to your collection!

Excelente!.
Excelente juego y producto. Calidad 100%. Genial la introducción de las cartas con las fases a completar y que pueda utilizarse como algo dinámico para que, no todos los jugadores estén compitiendo por la misma fase.

Phun Phase 10
Played this at a friends for the first time and loved it. Bought my own to play with family. Turns out my friend used a few different rules but we all had a good time. Has luck and strategy both - excellent for a game.

Yellow cards are unreadable
The game is a lot of fun and this set of cards is good overall quality. However the yellow cards were actually unreadable. The yellow color was very light and on the shiny finish of the card, it was almost impossible to see the numbers. I took a black permanent marker and outlined the large number but I really should not have had to to do this. The old card set I had had a more legible yellow color

Finally, an Improvement in Card Printing and Texture for this Excellent Game
It's a great game, and this version FINALLY has improved printing and texture. You can actually see the yellow cards, which has been nearly impossible since the last makeover. Also, the guide cards in this edition are done with symbols, rather than words (so the set is international). And, they've added small shapes to the cards, for people who are color blind. All good changes.
