Exactly what I needed

I've been taking this probiotic for nearly a year. I ran out for a few weeks and boy did I notice a difference this past week..... felt yucky in the tummy 🤢 !! Got onto the subscription plan for this so that never happens again.

Struggled in past to be regular. Was recommended to try this brand and now i am regular when i remember to take them.

I have been using Douglas Laboratories Multi Probiotic 4 Billion for a couple of years and can really tell a difference with my bowels. I recently, however, bought some on Amazon from a seller who sent me a bottle of the probiotic that did not look anything like the pills I was accustomed to seeing. So I returned the bottle. So be careful who you order this probiotic.
