This product is amazing. The first spoon I took, once I let it melt in my mouth, I knew it was awesome. I don't know why some people say it tastes bitter or terrible. It tastes like high quality raw honey, mixed with propolis, which is a resin from trees and other resinous vegetation, which the bees gather to close any fissures in their hive. This is a very potent immune defender, and it heals wounds and rashes. I had a minor infection on my left gums, and could not get to heal it for several months. After only three days of two half spoons daily, my gums are back to firm and perky, no more pain and irritation when brushing my teeth, and no bleeding!Then there is also bee pollen and Korean ginseng. The latter is a little bitter or "dry" in its flavor, but there is not enough of it here to influence the taste. I have to keep myself away from the jar, or else I'll keep noshing away at it. I would say it is reasonable to limit daily intake to three half teaspoons maximum! (morning, noon, bedtime).One word of caution: Never, ever use a "licked" spoon to get a second helping. Honey is sterile by nature, but when it gets contaminated with anything, like crumbs or saliva, it will turn sour and be spoiled. Also, use a plastic spoon, no metal.I already ordered some more for friends who tried it at my house! It is a top quality product!

This stuff works great for energy and libido. Korean ginseng is the hottest of all the ginsengs so be careful if taking it in the summer. Or if you are prone to being hot. Just take smaller amounts. It can be taken straight from the spoon but it’s best to mix it with warm water so it goes down easier.

I love this product and have used it before. This time it arrived loose in a box. The lid was crooked like it had been opened and the seal was broken. It had leaked out inside the box and all around the lid. It is a "non-refundable" item so I don't know what I'm supposed to do. I cannot use it.

So, I have never personally had "real" organic from the hive honey before, especially with propolis and pollen. I grew up with the typical little store bought honey bear bottles and the likes. Which I do like. Tasty. So this was a new experience for me.When I first opened the bottle the first thing I noticed was the smell (unique) and the like.. dried crusty bits on top. I took a spoon and mixed it up, figuring it was like natural peanut butter with the oil/head on top. It mixed together nicely but I then experienced a new thing... This was very, very thick, almost like a caramel. You can see how it sticks to my spoon in the picture. I could hold the spoon like that forever and it would never "drip" off. Thick stuff.So my approach to consuming this changed from my normal store bought honey consumption. Instead of adding it nilly willy to everything (waffles, tea, toast, etc) I decided the best approach with this was to mix it into my protein shakes (using a blender because it's so thick). That seemed to work well.The taste is definitely unlike normal store bought honey as well. Not the syrupy sweet I'm used to. But I'm not opposed to it. It's just different. I wouldn't even know what to compare it to though. Unique. It goes well in my protein shakes though.With all of the aforementioned in mind, I would still purchase this again and look forward to reaping the benefits of this natural all-inclusive organic honey! The people who are reviewing this product saying it smells bad and is not fresh are not reading the label that reads “ginseng”. This is not just royal jelly and honey. There are two herbs in this that are very good for immunity and vitality but they do not taste good and have a bitter flavor. I personally mix this into chai tea and milk so I don’t taste it as much and frankly I just deal with it for the health benefits. If you want a tastier royal jelly then I suggest opting for one without the herbal ingredients. These are specifically for immunity and have a distinct taste. I still enjoy the product and although it can melt (it’s honey after all) it is a very good quality.

Well, I have no idea how this is going to affect my health yet since I just got it, but I wanted to comment on the quality since there's been some problems with other people have theirs arrive broken etc. My honey is in perfect condition. The taste is very strong! I could see how it would take some getting used to, but it's also sort of weirdly addictive. It's just a VERY thick, very strong honey flavor. I'm sure the ginseng changes the flavor to a degree as well. This is very, very thick and tastes good to me. Let's hope it makes me feel better!! I've been using it in tea and raw straight out of the jar on a spoon. It tastes good, again, yeah, it tastes good. This would be really good on toast. Hmmmm perhaps I'll go make some. OOOOO or on a bagel! I bet you could make some good sauce with it too. Anyway, yeah, thumbs up so far! Now here's to hoping it cures my body of all the crap that makes me feel yucky.

Honey, royal jelly, and propolis have been used for millenia to assist in ones overall health. As far as application goes, I often eat it directly, put it in oatmeal, use it when cooking, and also in tea and ice cream.
