This is a wonderful cooking ingredient. I wish I could have gotten it in a smaller size. The product expired before I was able to use it down to a half of the bottle’s contents.

Exotic food ingredient.
It tasted very good. It will be used for some Persian main courses. Dessert seems logical as well. This flavor, grape is the only type I haven't found in any of the my usual stores.

Quality is good and it is nice and thick and dense. But, if you are expecting a really big jar, you will be surprised as it is not like soda, but much thicker and heavier. As such, it is somewhat overpriced I believe, though with current shipping.... Just something to be aware of. Looks somewhere in the ballpark of 16 fluid ounces, but that is a guess... It weighs 700 grams according to the package and that feels right.. 1 Kilo (1000 grams) is 2.2 lbs. Nonetheless it may seem it is a bit misleading because of this. But, flavor and quality are very good I think. It takes a lot of grapes to make this stuff... It is Turkish made.
