I have these and my cookies come right off. I was so delighted I bought more silicone mats thinking they were all as good. Wrong! The other silicone mats, my cookies stuck. It's this particular brand that are so wonderful. Clean up easily. The only problem I have is the large mat is about an inch wider than my pan, and the small mat is slightly smaller than my pan. I guess I will have to buy some proper pans to fit my silicone mats. I have looked and there are pans that will fit, I just usually buy cheapo pans. That said, I just let the mat hang over the edge of the pan and it poses no problems. Do not hesitate try these. They also have circles printed on the mat to show you where to place the cookie dough.

If you use baking sheets, buy these! I bought a pack of these at a popular warehouse store (that starts with a C) and they were so great that I had to hunt them down online to buy a second pack. These make the clean up process almost non-existent after baking. I haven’t had anything really stick to these and I have used them many times. The baking sheets are clean after use and I don’t even have to spray anything to be nonstick.

I use these mats for everything--from backing cookies to lining a roasting pan.. I'm saving a lot of money by not having to purchase non-stick aluminum foil or parchment paper. The downside is that I must take a minute to wash these things, but it's only a minute! They clean so easily--nothing sticks to them. I do have some very old mats (over 20 years old) and they still work great even though they have stained a little over the years.

When I first opened the packages, there was a strong chemical like smell on the sheets. I hung them outside to air out and they are fine now.

These are great mats! They’re exactly the same ones sold at Costco. (There’s even Costco written on the packaging.)Very happy with them as they’re easy to clean and do the job well!

Love these! Bought a set for my daughter. Bakes flawless cookies. Use it to heat anything in the over. I try to use stuff that can be reused and these have nearly eliminated all my need of foil or parchment paper.
