Someone recommended this to me because it's important to cleanse your body from all the crap it goes through day by day. Since I bought it my body changed, my bloating has reduced so my belly isn't as big as it used to be. So I did lose a few pounds with this alone but I'm sure if I did have a workout plan then that number would've been much bigger. Overall I think this is a grat product. I'm almost done with it so I'll be ordering soon.

I have been using this product for years and have always loved it. It has worked so well for me since the first time I took it. I would take it on and off so my body wouldn't get used to it, I didn’t want it to stop working. Anytime I was off it, the first pills I popped, cleaned me right out. And they would keep me cleaned out for as long as I took them.As soon as I saw this new packing I knew it wasn’t going to be the same. I bought 4 bottles and I’m two bottles in and I feel like I’m going through the motions with no results. I have loved this product for years. It now it’s useless and doesn’t work at all. I am so disappointed.
