Save Yourself From Falling On The Ice!
SureFoot Get-A-Grips are something I have been wearing for close to 20 years now. I had to buy a new pair because the pair I had for close to 20 years was really starting to wear out. But that's a testimony to these - they do not wear out quickly at all. These are super easy and fast to slip onto your shoes. I recommend slipping them onto your shoes before you put the shoes on if possible, but try to do this when you are standing right by the door so you do not walk through your house with them on your shoes. It can be slippery to walk with these on your shoes on smooth floors such as linoleum, wood, tile. Also, I am never comfortable walking in the house with these on my shoes because I don't want the little spikes to make marks on my wood or vinyl floors. These have kept me from slipping on the ice nearly 100% of the time. I can walk normally and quickly on icy steps and across an icy parking lot or driveway. In fact, I can't even think of a time when I slipped while having the Get-A-Grips on my shoes. These also work well in the snow or when there is a combination of snow and ice.I got the XL size because I wear a women's size 10 shoe but buy a size 11 boot in order to slip my boots on comfortably while wearing heavy socks. The XL size is perfect for my women's size 11 shoe. I highly recommend these, as they are an inexpensive way to keep you from slipping and possibly falling and injuring yourself. I have also purchased these as gifts for family members in the past and they have all been happy with them. One other thing to note - occasionally one of the little discs will pop out that contain the little spike. You can buy little replacement disks. This is an uncommon occurrence, though, and I had my first pair of Get-A-Grips for a couple of years before my first one popped out. You can also still wear the Get-A-Grips if one of the disks pops out. You don't need all of the disks/spikes in order to wear them.

If you don't want to slip when walking on ice, try "get-a-grip"
These are great! This is my second pair. Easy to put on your shoes or boots. They help you not to slip when walking on iced covered sidewalks and driveways. I've tried other brands and styles and these"get-a-grip" last longer than the other brands. And you can replace the spikes it needed.

a great product in snowy conditions
I am Very happy with this product. The ice and snow traction aids were very easy to put on over my boots. Traction is excellent, I never felt like I was going to slip in the snow once I have these on.Once you start walking on dry pavement(without snow) the nubs on the bottom of the shoe will make a clicky-clack sound on the pavement. I felt a little unsteady when I walked on dry pavement. Will recommend this product to others.

Surfeit Get-A-Grip
I read the complaints about the Get-A-Grips coming off and they do!. What I have done is take the boots and put the Grips on very securely before I put the boots on. I leave the boots by the door before I go out which has worked for me.

These were to fit my husbands shoes- XL. They can be put on my size 7 WOMEN'S. I would have been upset to pay return shipping, kept them for myself and ordered elsewhere for another set to fit my husband's boots.

Tractions fall off
The traction aids work when they are on but they do not hold on the toe and you always have to retrace your steps to find them in the snow. Grip-Ons are much better.
