Works fine
I used this kit to replace the fluid on my Shimano BR-M447 brakes. It worked fine. However, I did not use the procedure described in the product video, which has you push the new fluid UP from the caliper end. Instead I used the top-down method described elsewhere. In that method, you use the syringe at the caliper to pull fluid DOWN from the lever, while keeping the lever reservoir filled with clean fluid (dispensed from the second syringe). I felt the downward flow was better to flush any dirt out of the system, which tends to collect in the caliper. (that is how automotive brakes are typically bled)I used 10ml for the front brake and 15ml for the rear, which was enough to completely replace the old fluid. So, I have 25ml left for another bike. This older style of Shimano lever is messier to bleed than the new ones with the threaded bleed port that accepts a funnel, but this kit makes the process straightforward for a very reasonable price. Note that the kit does not include the bleed spacer - you will need to get one separately.

Great Bleed Kit for older brakes -- no brake block
Everything as expected, but like other reviews, I noted there was no brake block. No worries as it worked just fine without it. Great instructional videos to help out. Worked really well.

product is made very well
Nice quality product the only down side is that the silicone hose was a bit to small for my brake caliper. definitely recommend to watch the youtube video.

izoom disc brake works excellent
The media could not be loaded. remove the plug, attach the syringe using a clamp to hold it in place so your hands are free to do work. Tilt the bike so the port is at the highest point possible. Pump the lever slowly and watch the bubbles fill the syringe. Take your time and pump slowly. tap the assembly with a rubber covered driver handle to encourage the air to come to the top of the level reservoir. I kept the syringe open to atmosphere until I was ready to remove it then I put the plunger in so I could control the liquid during removal. Remember to leave the threaded area where the plug goes full and let the plug displace the fluid and you will not introduce air when you put the plug in.
