I didn’t get many pictures of my Nekopara cosplay, but I wore this for cinnamon (the purple hair one in the very back) and this made my dress so much poofier! It barely fit around my waist (41in 104cm), but after I wore it a couple times, it let out a little around my waist! It’s also a great length for shorter dresses!

Bought two of these for costumes for my girls. For a 9yo an 13yo it fit them perfectly. They wanted long poofy dresses for halloween and this definitely did the job. It even fit me and im 150lbs an 5'7". Its not very long it comes to the knees an for me was a little over. But if your looking for a hoop skirt that you can reuse again an again, wanna sit comfortably, and make your dresses look pooofy id high suggest getting one of these

Please, please read all reviews and Q&A before purchasing this garment!! The description implies that this item accommodates both woman and girls, but is quite misleading. The sizing runs somewhat on the smaller side of the spectrum and would be more ideal for those with smaller frames. This item is not adjustable for those with curvier hips and thigh proportions.There is very little elasticity in the waistband, and taking it in too much could alter the fit and hoop effects.The material is thin, has no stretch, and tears easily, but the hoops are sturdy and flexible for storage. My daughter wears size 12 normally; she was unable to pull the skirt up over her thighs and booty with ease, and the back ack seam tore during try-on, Since the item was already damaged, I decided to rip out the waistband seam to make sure it would otherwise fit.While the quality isn’t fantastic, it is decently priced and works perfectly with my daughter’s Lolita costume. With an altered adjustable tie waist and reinforced seam, it will be a nice addition to our Halloween costume collection.

Great quality. Stitching and material are well made. Hoops are flexible. Creates that perfect belle shape for a skirt. Daughter said it was very comfortable to wear all day. She even figured out how to sit in it and the hoops bounce back perfectly. Word of advice: if you put this on and can see the hoops/boning under your dress, it might be inside out. We figured this out after some experimenting. We flipped the material the other direction and it looked smooth under the dress.

I received a hoop skirt that looked nothing like the photo. The construction was poor. I should of taken a picture before I repacked it for returning, but I was so annoyed I didn't want to bother. I wouldn't waste your time personally. The length isn't even right. It was definitely not 45 cm. I tried it on under one of my dresses just to see if it might look decent, but it didn't. I was hoping to use this as an alternative to petticoats during hot weather, but I can't see this working for anyone who actually wants a good silhouette under their dress.

Works, but overpriced for the quality. The hoops are connected with plastic tubes and it comes apart easy. Couple of hanging threads here and there, but nothing I can't cut off. My waist is 37" and its a bit tight. It can stretch pretty wide though, I think if the elastic gets stretched and loosened a bit it should be ok!

I almost did not buy this because of all the reviews saying the size is wrong and that its made for children. I was okay with making some adjustments to it myself but I DIDNT HAVE TO DO THAT AT ALL! The sizing on the listing is completely correct! Honestly, it has a little bit MORE stretch than it says!I dont know if other reviewers just dont know how to measure themselves correctly or the seller fixed the sizing since then but i have 38 inch hips and this fit no problem at all.The shape is great and it holds up sturdy. Im used to having to go over seams on cheaper amazon purchases but one didnt require anything like that.If the other reviews ARE accurate, the seller has definitely fixed the issue. It fits, it looks nice, and i love the shape!

I needed a hoopskirt petticoat last minute for an EGL meetup, and this turned out perfect and very worth the price. The hoops are good at holding up your skirt and poofing it out without feeling too heavy or too in the way, and overall I felt like a princess! The plastic hoops do worry me a little in terms of them potentially being bent or broken over time, but I’m sure with good care and maintenance I can make this last for a while. I’ll definitely be using it further for more EGL and potentially cosplay as well :)

I needed to get a new petticoat and the quality of it was pretty good for the price. The hoops are adjustable and just what I needed. I would recommend it for those who are on a budget and this would be perfect for cosplay or wearing lolita dresses.

Perfect for tea party or lolita dress shes not long but not to short she is approximetly to the knees or the middle of your thighs

It does look good, but it only fit on one of my leg. Not suggested for plus size
