Awesome thick and wonderful

Nice shampoo/bad packaging
The cap was opened & leaked in box so I did not receive full bottle Also the pump does not work I have used this shampoo in the past and like the way it makes my hair feel.

Bottles leak like crazy
Not sure how the product works....I'm too busy cleaning up the shampoo that was delivered leaking all over the place. Perhaps if the top had been screwed on tightly it wouldn't have happened. It was so loose it was practically off. Ironically, the twist to activate the pump does NOT WORK. So, the bottles leak but the pump to actually use the shampoo doesn't. I've ordered many other brands of shampoo and never had this issue.

Stops hair loss!
This is a solid product. Not seeing hair growth, but my hair is thicker and I have almost no hair loss. Was seeing hair gathering in the shower drain and that has stopped completely. I’m very happy with this product.

Disappointed- has some bad ingredients
So disappointed to find that Yuka gives this product a bad rating. I assumed it was good since their leave-in conditioner gets an excellent rating. The conditioner gets a worse rating. Will be returning sadly as it makes my hair feel great but I don’t want the bad chemicals
