This item was shown to be a direct replacement for Dyson V10. However, the battery I received would not accept the Dyson V10 battery charger. As a result, this item was returned. This is the principal reason for the three star rating as I was not able to access with this battery would fit in a Dyson V10.

I purchased this replacement battery for my Dyson V10 vacuum. At first it worked great and we continually completely discharged the battery on each use and then fully recharged it. Now...3 months later it will only allow us to vacuum 75% of what it used to. Extremely disappointed in performance.

battery lasts about one quarter the duration of the dyson, then after 2 months of use it wont accept a charge. I was silly enough to buy another one thinking I just bought a dud. the second one is just as bad.I just looked at return policy and both are out of return date for returning, wow. at 89.00 each ,can I get another? wow. I've dealt with amazon for many years, have never made any returns I'm not one of these people.

Ordered in February and dead in August. Not worth the money. I would have been better off buying OEM.

I ordered this battery as the Dyson battery stopped holding a charge after about a year and a half (the vacuum is used everyday) this battery did not even last a week, ended up returning it.

Super disappointed. The battery stopped working. Like it’s a dud. It will charge or anything. Complete waste of almost $100.
