As I have written before regarding HP cartridges, too expensive with a product that works as well as you have a right to hope it will for the price. If I were HP, I would stand on the corner of every city in the world giving away their printers by the millions. Then, when people find out how well they work and how they can no longer refill their cartridges in the privacy of their own home or office, they go to HP and Pay and Pay and Pay. What's not to love about that business model .... except that you did not think of it first. Truly they make a great product, however, when you look at the volume of fluid inside and the vast numbers they sell, one gets a deep sense of something I call "RIP OFF" and that irritates me each time I make this purchase. Their ink market is wrapped tighter than the corset on Lila Mae ... don't know Lila, trust me, she was strapped in like a forgotten back pack on the outside of the space shuttle.

The cartridge is easy to unpack and install, and it feels sturdy. I don't worry about breaking it. I have used refurbished toners in the past, but they are not as effective as these. These are truly outstanding.

Popped right in where the OEM HP cartridges had lived, and have worked perfectly since then, with no problems!

These cartridges are fantastic! They do exactly what they are supposed to do at a small fraction of the price. The only thing you have to remember is to NOT throw away your original toner cartridge right away. You have to take a very small computer chip out of the old cartridge and put it in the same place on this cartridge. All it takes is a paperclip or a set of tweezers. You can keep reusing the chip over and over.

Remove the chip from oem's genuine cartridge. insert the chip into the new cartridge.thanks for the videos.

We purchased a new HP M404n printer for our office. Looking for a toner cartridge I found the Arcon cartridge. The quality is just as good as a HP cartridge. The price is much cheaper too. Be aware that the chip from the original HP cartridge has to be removed and put in the Arcon cartridge. It's very easy to do. A pair of tweezers is supplied for this process. I had a question about this and had excellent customer service the next day. I would highly recommend this toner for your HP printer. Great quality and price.

WAY cheaper than the Hp brand but doesn't last as long. We do an average amount of printing. Bought it in late June and it's got about 1/4 of the cartridge left (5 weeks later)...

Did not fit my printer. Even though it was past my return date the seller gave me a full refund. That's the kind of customer service everyone should offer. Very happy customer.
