Have bought this once and used it for cooking and it was delicious. It is expensive so have now opted to buy another organic brand which I could buy in bulk.

It came opened and cannot be used. The only way to get a refund was to return it which was impossible since the bottle was opened! I had to throw it away, as I didn’t know how long it was open! Very disappointing!

I find it hard to justify the price of this passata but I find this to be a product you would buy as a special treat or as a gift. Despite the high price, it definitely is a really nice passata. It feels very fresh and has a nice tomato flavour. It is not overly sweet as most supermarket brands which means you don't need to add much at all to make a delicious dish. I don't usually notice much difference in a lot of organic products in terms of flavour but in this case, I could tell it was a better quality product.All in all, not something I would buy on a weekly basis but definitely something I would pair with a fancy pasta to make a special dish.

As I am sure you all know Passata is essentially strained tomatoes that give a much deeper flavour than your average sauce in a jar. There are no hidden ingredients , just healthy tomato with no added sugar or anything else.This Passata tastes good for what it is and will go well with anything Italian you happen to be making. The jar sent to me had its pressure seal intact so good to eat.I think this along with some of the rest of the range from Seggiano would make a nice gift for someone as the packaging looks premium and gives off a good vibe to me.

I always use passata in bolognese along with tinned tomatoes and I must admit this is delicious. However at £7.99 for a bottle of tomato which I could buy for less than £2 in less fancy packaging, it's very overpriced.It says its vegan but I'd be surprised if any passata wasn't vegan (I'm not vegan or even vegetarian so do forgive my ignorance if i am mistaken!)Delicious but needs to be less than half this price before I would buy.

Yes I prefer using organic products, and yes this is a lovely rich and pure tomato flavour, but is this passata worth the price? I can't argue with the quality but I'm not sure it's that much better than any others I've had. Will still give it four starts for the yummy tomato-ness.

I made fettuccine in tomato sauce with this, adding garlic and basil. It was delicious. A deep, rich flavour. Extremely tasty. My only gripe is the price. However good it is, I just find the price too steep.
