This is hands down the most delicious spread I've ever tasted, from Meridian to Pip & Nut. But this spread is a bodybuilder's secret weapon. I sat down and just ate it out the jar with a spoon. As with anything natural, you will get separation, so a great tip (for any type of natural spread) is to keep it upside down (lid first) for a bit so the top oil can mix. You can also warm it, in your airing cupboard, and then give it all a good stir. You will not be disappointed. Only con is one jar only lasts a day with me. I need to buy in bulk.

Great taste, it became a part of my daily nutrition regime for months now. My only one concern was the texture which has now been resolved with the new formula. Love it and would like to see if I can buy multi packages to make some savings.

The ingredient list impressed me. Also, only 3 grams of added sugar does deserve praise. However, the skim milk aftertaste is far from appealing to me. If it did not have any milk in it, it would taste much better to me. To each their own, as they say. Hopefully one day, this company will have a variety with no skim milk.

Great taste and consistency with low sugar as high protein. Only drawback is the premium price you'll pay for the luxury.
