Astra Superior Platinum Double Edge Shaving Razor Blades 200 pcs Barber Favored

This is now one of my favorite razor blades for double edged safety razors. It is very sharp, and it lasts about 5 shaves, giving me a comfortable and efficient shave. For the price it is a great value. The blade functions as designed. It is an excellent moderately sharp blade with great feel and no irritation.

The batch I received appear to be made in Russia, which is great. I understand some of the new Astra blades are made in India. The reviews on the blades made in India generally indicate that there is no difference in sharpness from those made in Russia. I have had two shaves now using these blades. I have a medium beard (not to light, not too heavy). I like to shave two to three times a week. I like these blades. They are not too aggressive and give me an excellent two pass shave. The price I paid for 200 is excellent. I'm very pleased so far.
