Fax machine, disaster machine
I take care of my parents and assist with their medical got this thinking that it would help so that I wouldn’t have to run out the fax anything for them and that we can do it in the comfort and safety of their own home. The instructions were in Spanish. The machine did not work at all. It came with paper that was with the original fax machine, some type of wax paper from when they first started faxing things I’m so upset. I am so beside myself with anger don’t bite us. If I can send it back I would it was a Christmas gift. They don’t have the box and I’m just out of money

Poor not worth any price
This product is very cheaply made. The directions are in an English. Can’t understand how to put together. The paper comes on a roll so when you receive a fax, it’s all on one paper not worth the $30.

CHEAP - DIFFICULT TO SETUP - BUT WORKS
Cheap - Cheaply made - very trying to setup - ancient technology (automatic 14.4 modem connection) - slow but it does work. Tone and Pulse dialing "feature". It does come with Spanish instructions -UGH. After hours of research found English instructions under Philips HFC 242 (Segam bought out Philips) - thank you's would be appreciated for that bit of information - without English instructions it would be virtually impossible to set up properly. Setting up the machine - WOW - will try your patience but stick with it - eventually, how to press the buttons in the right order will become known to you Trial & Error). For older users - think back to DOS days. I tested it -on a test your fax site and it worked. For under $40 to the door -it was a PITA but it works for the occasional fax. Online fax services are available but you're entrusting your fax data/message to others. I will stick with fax machine and brush the cobwebs off occasionally when I need to use it.

There are no English instructions with this product, for me. An online search provided no video instructions.

The setup instructions come only in Spanish. I get the feeling this is a discontinued item.
