PlantronicsBlackwire C310 Headset

I purchased this headset as work online in customer service, and the duo that I had been using was just too tight and uncomfortable. After several weeks of use, I can say that this headset is very comfortable and has great sound clarity.

My company uses these and wanted the foam ear instead because I saw some reviews where that faux leather looking ear cushion starts to rip or peel off so I know this won’t have that issue. I love the one ear so it allows me to hear my surroundings when I’m needed plus the sound quality is great. I took off one star because although it fits around my head, not sure it’ll fit larger heads? Lol so if you’re head is a bit on the larger side, this may not fit well. Other than that, I have no complaints, personally.

Headset works great- sound quality is excellent. Mute button works perfectly and is very convenient.

I bought this for work.It did not come in standard packaging. Only in bubble wrap. There is no software included. The link in the instructions to download software is broken. Hopefully it works with the software at work. I'll update later if it works.
