So difficult. The blades are a joke. Ended up taking the phone to a cell repair anyways. Waste of time and money.

I have done several screens before in the past but this was my first Note9. Watched several of the youtube videos and prepared everything before I took the phone apart. Unfortunately when I went to take off the front glass it separated from the digitizer improperly and damaged it. Turned a $20 job into a $250 job. I do not recommend attempting this.

This product came with its own tools which you can use over and over.

The item arrived on time, well-packaged and in excellent condition, but the mistake was mine. This was my first DIY cellphone repair and I purchased this item not knowing about how digitizers are bonded to the glass (at least for Samsung Note 9, and a process for which you need special equipment). The glass was a perfect fit, with no defects, but I couldn't use it because it didn't come with a digitizer. To be fair, the advertisement stated it was glass only - no digitizer.
