Just do it. It's worth it.
This one's interesting. Normally, you'd think potatoes or something of that nature would come in a bag. Nope. Just a wet cardboard box. Actually did work out though.I bought these to eat and to plant. On the planting side, when I got them in the ground, I had not a single dud. They're 3ft tall now and look great. Can't speak to production, but I am hoping mine come out a little straighter. The ones I received were very knobby. As far as taste goes, these are nuttier than a potato, but only in the sense that they have a flavor. Not surprisingly, it's a sunflower that tastes a bit like sunflowers taste. As advertised, these are firmer than a potato too. Personally, I love them. Looking forward to having more.At first, I was a little upset at the price, because I wanted it to cost the same as a potato. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with what I'm getting for what I spent. My potatoes aren't doing near as well as these bad boys, and they're in identical growing conditions.

Ready to plant
Even though the package arrived damaged, I planted the 17 tubers that came in the 3 lb pack, and they all came up within 2 weeks.

PERFECT PURCHASE
Perfect product. I’ve never seen tubers this size. My 3 lb order came with 6 tubers bigger than my hand and another 6 that fit in the palm of my hand. I’ve paid the same price for three quarter sized tubers off Et$y that never germinated. I’m so happy with my purchase and WILL BE ORDERING MORE as gifts.

Great buy.
These are the largest Jerusalem artichoke's I have ever seen. They're fresh and viable for planting. If you're looking to start growing your own I strongly suggest you purchase these.

Low quality
Most were soft by the time I got them not rotting but close to it. They weren’t viable to plant and their flavor was lacking.
