I've recently started using multiple flash units and I'm standardising on Godex because they are compatible (e.g., my Godox Sony flash can be triggered by my Godex Canon trigger).I haven't had enough experience yet to comment on all of its facilities. However, it does appear to be easer to use than some triggers. I find the group-per-button selection mechanism easy and intuitive to use. So, for these reasons I intend to standardize on Godex flash across three camera families.

I took a while to read the instructions on the Web. With a little practice and test SHOTS I found it to work like a dream. Perhaps a bit pricy but very pleased with purchase. I use a Canon 90D and after the recommended firmware upgrade to the unit, (dead easy to follow instructions) it works with my Canon 2000d a well.Great Buy.

Forget the instructions, YouTube is your friend here. It will save you a lot of time.

I have a Canon Rebel T7 that does not have the large center sync pin on the hotshoe. The X2T works great with it! Bought a Godox MS300 strobe to go with it, and works fine. If you have one of these Canons without the pin, this trigger will work.
