I use the product once a week and I am able to maintainthe very severe tea stains that are usually left behindthe teeth in the teacup every day. My dental hygienisttold me that this product can help my teeth, but justtold me to be gentle and not to use it too often toprotect my enamel. I am satisfied with the product.
