Neat: A Small Town Romance (Becker Brothers)

Right from the get go I was sucked into the Scooter / Becker family feud. The mystery surrounding the death of Logan’s father...In walks Mallory Scooter... the new trainee tour host and with a massive chip on her shoulder. You just know from this moment on that these two are just a match made in heaven despite that there is instant animosity due to the age old dispute going back several generations. The sparks flew and once again Kandis writing holds us captive in the moment.This is a sweet Contemporary romance that makes you feel all tingly inside. Great characters and an emotional read. This story definitely delivers the feels.This is the second book in the series which I didn’t realise at them time. But it is a complete standalone so nothing is missing from the story.

Wow, what can I say, I absolutely loved Neat!! 😍Logan and Mallory really are like a modern Romeo and Juliet! 💕I love Logan! I like his OCD and his nerdiness 🤓 I feel like if Logan was a real person, I would have loved to sit up until the wee hours of the morning and having discussions about life and just about anything!Mallory is such a badass!! She is so desperately trying to escape the legacy of her family and I am glad that she becomes her own woman! Love the fact that she fights for whatever is right! 🥰The chemistry between those two was everything!! 💞Damn those Becker brothers are really something else!! Can't wait to read the next brother's story 🤩Kandi Steiner you have done it again!! I am so glad that I am a part of your world and all these incredible stories that you create! 💗

I was lucky to read an advanced copy of ‘Neat’ by Kandi Steiner, and I absolutely adored it! I had been dying for my Becker Brothers fix ever since i finished ‘On The Rocks’, and Logan Becker is a damn fine book boyfriend!Logan Becker is the Scooter Whiskey distillery tour guide. He has been working hard in the hopes of a promotion, and up until now he was a shoe on for it. But when he is asked to train the daughter of none other than his boss, he can’t help but feel uneasy. Is he setting himself up for a fall, and will she be the one to crush his dreams?He tries hard to remain professional, battling her sassy retorts and forcing her to stick to a schedule,but there’s something about Mallory that intrigues him, she is unlike anyone he has ever met. But with bad blood between the Becker’s and the Scooter’s, Mallory is the one woman he needs to stay far away from, but if only he can make his heart follow his head.I absolutely adored Mallory, she is badass and entirely full of sass! She is a character with a lot of depth, and she likes to dress how she likes and views her body as a way in which she can artistically express herself. She comes across as confident and sassy, but you learn quickly of her insecurities and her ambition of owning her own gallery. But all dreams come at a cost.With Logan there is also more than meets the eye. He is handsome, sweet and knows a ridiculous amount of facts. He loves watching documentaries and is a real family man at heart. He would do anything for his brothers, so he knows he needs to try his hardest to avoid Mallory.This book has some amazing romance scenes, especially one where Logan admits his feelings to his brothers. It just had me!This book is beautifully written, and the characters are all relatable and addictive. I am so excited to learn more of Michael’s story, and the solution to the ongoing mystery of what happened to the Becker brother’s father.This book has absolutely everything you could want as a romance reader, it has passion, humour and sizzling chemistry between the characters. I adore Steiner’s writing and for having the ability to bring all these characters to life. An absolutely amazing 5 star read!

Sweet, sweet, Neat! What’s isn’t there to love about this book! I fell in love with Noah in book one but Logan stole my heart with his book!Logan and Mallory have always known of each other, but due to their families resentment to each other they have stayed away, never needing to mix. That is until Mallory is sent to work at her families distillery where Logan becomes her new boss. There’s fire between this pair and slowly the more time they spend together the more they realise there is something there that they cannot hide from.Logan and Mallory are such opposites, neat v’s mess, chaos v’s plans, yet they are perfect. This couple gave me all the feels and I just wanted to be wrapped up in their love with them, that’s the beauty of Steiners words, they are so real with emotion that you feel it all.Logan, now that man is a southern gentleman and I swooned so bad for him, he’s kind and honest, sexy as hell, a little geeky and his family values are at the centre of him.Mallory, I loved her. She came in sassy and a know it all but she quickly turned a corner. She was boxed into a persona her family wanted her to be, but she fought to be free, standing up for what she believed in, which I admired, especially knowing she would lose everything she had, but she’s honest and became who she needed to be without her family.Steiner has created a world with the Becker’s that I love and I cannot get enough of them. The Becker brothers are a special breed of men and I absolutely love their family values. Family is at the heart of them. The dances with their mum are just precious.Neat was such a beautiful, easy read with flawless writing and a story that will warm your heart and keep a smile on your face. This book can be read as a standalone, although it is part of a series about the Becker brothers with each getting their own story. Roll on Michael next and that damn password!
