I have used this for some years now, liquid biotin digests differently than tablet/pill form in my body and does not give me acne the way tablet/pill form does. I usually notice the effects of the supplement after (3-4) weeks of consistent use! It has made my nails very strong and healthy after years of working in manufacturing being exposed to various chemicals that wore down my nails. I have always had naturally long nails and eye lashes but at one point my face was burned in a small fire accident where my brows and lashes got singed off. This definitely helped to grow both back in on top of helping my baby hairs grow along my hairline! I have never been disappointed with my order and it gets shipped out in a timely manner. Personally the mixed berry flavor tastes better than the vanilla but that's my preference!

Date: New year eve 2023 I have been taking this since 2019. I took a break in january 2023 and decided to use a hair oil(may-june) , which did more damage than good. (October 2023) BACK TO SBR BIOTIN! Never disappoints. I’m quite shock its still giving the same result. Formula works rapidly. Keep a routine. I take it first thing in the morning with a cup of water. I also take two droppers instead. Aiding to the fact, I drink lot of water. Best way is to take it before a meal and give it a while. For results, it takes me two days. My nails grow sharper. My hair however saw extreme growth, which I didn't realize until I washed my hair after I removed my sewin (October -December)especially with my edges. Nice and full. This is the only place I get biotin from. If its not broken don't fix it.

I have tried different forms of biotin supplements and this one is by far the best. Many of the over the counter pills would cause me to break out or made my skin itchy. This liquid biotin is my favorite vitamin supplement and in my experience has had no side effects. One bottle is approximately a month supply but can also be extended to about a month in a half is used every other day. HOWEVER, to notice significant hair growth and/or stronger nails, you might have to use the product consistently for 2-3 months. The first month taking the biotin drops my hair grew about .75 inch but after my second month my hair almost 2 more inches! The biotin drops are on the pricier side then the capsules but have so many benefits! I highly recommend and am absolutely happy with my results!

This MAX Absorption Biotin liquid is easy to take, but I recommend staying well‑hydrated — certain vitamins can affect your skin if you’re not drinking enough water. I can’t say for sure how much improvement is coming from this product alone since I’m also taking collagen and using Hair Max, but it’s part of my routine now. Still watching to see if it makes a noticeable difference for my hair, skin, and nails.

This thing works!!! I know a lot of people are skeptical of this product like myself but I can guarantee you it will work. The first thing I noticed was my nails, within 2 weeks it started sprouting; strong, long and tough. One month later I achieved maximum length like shown in my picture. The next thing was my hair. I had my step niece cut my hair and as you can see that was a big mistake lol, but with taking biotin for about a month it greatly grew! I had to shape it up a bit since there is still some unevenness, but for the most part it grew long, thick and filled the empty part that was so see through before! I will say it works better than the biotin pills and taste like vanilla. One tip DRINK LOADS OF WATER! I have heard of people breaking out, I didn't have any issues taking into consideration that I have PCOS. I definitely added this to a bottle of water just to be on the safe side everytime I took it or added it to my smoothies. I'm totally going to order another one!

The first time I purchases this it worked amazingly. The taste was not bad at all, subtle vanilla flavor, little to no breakouts, and my hair grew. But this second time around, smh, it's a no for me dawg. I don't know if I received a knockoff or what but this second bottle was definitely not the same. The taste was much stronger, and after only a few weeks of use I've been breaking out like crazy. It's definitely going back. I want to repurchase but I'm afraid of getting another bad batch so I'm just going to continue taking pre-natals and taking care of my hair the way I've always done

Came on time cannot wait to use. I will add an update before and after pictures ! Heard a lot and seen a lot of reviews on this product can’t wait to try it out. Edit: I started using this product the week after I ordered so I could start on a fresh Monday within the first week my nails where growing like crazy. I also notice after a month of using the product my hair was growing faster and thicker literally. BUT LET ME WARN YOU this product says “healthy hair” which does not specify where the “healthy hair” will grow! Chile, I started growing hair fast EVERYWHERE underarms, legs, private parts, hunny everywhere to the poin where shaving everyday is necessary! But I also noticed clearer skin I WILL ALSO WARM YOU drink as much water as you can or you are going to be sure to break out. This product is vegan friendly! Which really got me being that I am a vegan girl myself. I’ll show you my growth results and no ma’am I am not getting paid for this review I am telling nothing but truth. Also I had stopped using this product for the simple fact that I was growing hair in other places too fast but I have since then restarted taking the vitamins. Tastes like vanilla extract literally and smells like it too leaves a small after taste but chew some gum it goes away! I say it’s worth the $18

The flavour is ok, not great but pleasant enough for a supplement. I have had breakouts from biotin in the past and they are always from pill doses that are very high. The great thing about this one is you can tailor it to your individual circumstances by reducing the number of the drops. The package recommends 15 drops which is 5mg but this is too much. The recommended dosage per day for an adult should not be over 2.5mg. B7 (biotin) and B5 (pantothenic acid) are what help with the regulation of the surface layer of the skin and give you great glowing skin and hair. But they compete in the gut for absorption. So if you take a mega dose of one you will affect the absorption of the other. Hence when you take a large dose of biotin some people start to get acne breakouts as they become B5 deficient, because their gut can no longer absorb it. The surface of your skin is now more prone to breakouts (not everyone is affected, mind) as they compete for absorption. Therefore you should not take more than 2.5mg a day, or 7 drops.

First off, the price is a bit high. I wish it was cheaper. As for the product itself, I am happy I decided to try liquid biotin. Last time I tried biotin in this strength was 8 years ago in the pill form and it broke me out terribly- I had to go see a dermatologist. I am glad this hasn’t done that but it also could be the way I gradually introduced it into my body. Its been a month and I haven’t seen any observable difference in my nails but the hair on my body especially my eyebrows are growing like crazy. I have also noticed that my eyelashes have been growing which is a huge plus for me and I naturally have shirt and sparse eyelashes which were made worse by extensions. As for my hair, I have my own hair care routine going on so I can’t say the grow in my hair is as a result of this or what I was already doing

This one is the best for me it is very effective and it works big time.
