Ordered replacement remote for Toshiba
Most of the options on the remote work w my tv but a few do not and I feel angered that I served, ordered and sent more money for a replacement remote that does not completely function properly and makes this tv not easy to use.

Dead on Arrival
This remote did not ever work. Opened it, put new batteries in. No response. Tried two different sets. No response. No instructions, either. Batteries worked in other devices. A dud. Got a $6 remote at Target instead. Works beautifully. Avoid this product.
